Ali Ɗan Abi Rafi'i (Larabci: علي بن أبي رافع) marubuci ne kuma mai kula da baitulmali a zamanin halifancin Imam Ali (A.S) mahaifinsa Abu Rafi'i sanannan sahabin Manzon Allah (S.A.W) ne kuma dan uwan Ubaidullahi Bin Abi Rafi'i.[1]

Ali Bn Rafi'i tabi'i ne kuma ɗaya daga mabiyan Imam Ali (A.S), a faɗar Sayyid Muhsin Amin yana daga cikin waɗanda suka halarci yaƙin Jamal, Siffin da Nahrawan a cikin tawagar Imam Ali (A.S),[2] haka nan Sayyid Muhsin Amin yana ganin shi ne mutum na fako da ya fara rubuta littafi kan fiƙihu.[3] Ahmad Bn Ali Malamin shi'a masanin Rijal ya ce , littafinsa ya ƙunshi babun Alwala da sallah, da sauran mas'alolin fiƙihu.[4] a cewar Sayyid Muhsin Amin yana daga cikin manyan ƴan shi'a da suka san fiƙihu kuma ya koyane a gun Imam Ali (A.S).[5]

Ali bin Abi Rafi'i shi ne marubucin Imam Ali (A.S) kuma ya kasance mai kula da baitul-mali a zamaninsa. Kamar yanda aka rawaito daga gare shi, a lokacin da yake aiki a ma’ajinyar kuɗi zamanin Imam Ali (A.S) bisa buƙutar wata yarinya daga yaran Imam Ali (A.S) ya bata aron wata sarƙar wuya, saboda za tai amfani da ita a bikin babbar sallah, wadda tana daga cikin ganimar Yaƙin Jamal, A lokacin da imam Ali ya samu labari , sai ya kira Ibn Abi Rafi’i ya ce da shi ya mayar da abin wuyan Baitul-Mali, idan kuma ya maimaita hakan za a hukunta shi. Ya kuma ce da ace ƴata bata bada wani abu jingina ba ta karɓi abin wuyan, da ita ce macen Hashimawa ta farko da za'a fara hukuntawa.[6] An kawo wannan ruwayar a cikin bahasin aron abu daga baitul-mali cikin a littattafan fiƙihu .
