Naman da ya halast aci
- Wannan wani rubutu ne mai bayyanawa game da ra'ayi na fikihu kuma ba zai iya zama ma'auni na ayyukan addini ba. Koma zuwa wasu tushe don ayyukan addini
Naman da ya halast aci (Larabci: اللحوم المحللة) nama ne na wasu dabbobi da fikihun muslunci ya halasta aci, cikin kowanne daga nau’uka uku na dabbobin uku wanda suke kamar haka: dabbobin da suke rayuwa kan doran kasa, dabbobin cikin ruwa, tsuntsaye, akwai wanda ya halasta aci namansu, sharadin cin namansu shine yanka su kan tsarin koyarwa fikihun musulunci, sai dai cewa tare da yanka su kan tsarin akwai wasu sassan jikinsu da bai halasta aci ba, misalin: Saifa, Mazakuta, Maraina ko ince kula-kulai. Fatar dabbobin da jinin ke kwarara da karfi yayin yankansu matukar ba a musu yanka kan tsarin fatawar Malaman fikihu baya halasta ayi salla da fatar wannan dabbobin.
Sanin Mafhumi
A cikin fikihu, dabbobi sun kasu zuwa kashi biyu: [1] dabbobin da ya halasta aci namansu, da kuma dabbobin da bai halasta aci namansu ba wanda ya halasta aci namansu dabbobi ne da bayan yanka su yankan muslunci ya halasta aci sassan jikinnsu [2] A litattafan fikihu, cikin hukunce-hukuncen dabbobin da namansu ya halasta a cikin babukan fikihu misalin babin Dahara [3] sallah [4] Farauta [5] yanka [6] ana bahasinsu.
Dabbobin da namansu ya halasta
Kan asasin fikihun Mazahabar Ahlil-baiti, cikin nau’uka uku na dabbobi daga dabbobin doran kasa, dabbobin cikin rayuwa, tsuntsaye, akwai wadanda ya halasta aci namansu kamar haka: Dabbobin doran kasa, masu tafiya kan kafafuwa hudu misalin Tunkiya, Akuya, Sanuwa, Rakumi,Barewa, Mazo,ragon daji, Bunsurun kan dutse, dukkansu ya halasta aci, [7] amma misalin naman Doki, Jaki, Alfadari, cin namansu makaruhi ne [8] Dabbobin ruwa: Kifi mai bawo a jikinsa, Migu tsutsar ruwa (shrimp), ya halasta aci. [9] amma sauran dabbobin ruwa wanda ba su ba Haramun cin namansu Tsuntsaye: tsuntsaye da suke da daya daga wannan siffofin kamar haka: masu kundu, masu kaya a bayan kafafunsu, masu yawan karkada fuka-fukansu,masu tara abinci a Makogaro, ya halasta aci namansu [10] misalinsu Kazar gida, Talo-Talo, Tattabara, Kazar ruwa, Jimina da sauransu, [11] amma naman Alhuduhudu [12] da tsuntsun Farastu suma ya halasta, amma kuma cin naman Makruhi ne. [13]
Sassan da ba aci a dabbobin da ya halasta aci namansu
Malaman Fikihu sun yi fatwar cewa wasu daga sassan jikin dabbobin da ya halasta aci namansu duk da cewa an musu yankan muslunci tare da hakan haramun ne cin wannan abubuwa [14] misalin jini,Saifa,Mazakuta, da Golake [15]
Hukunci amfani da fatarsu a salla
Kan fatawar Malaman Fikihu, dabbobin da ya halasta aci namansu wanda yayin yankansu jini ke tunkudowa da karfi, matukar ba a musu yankan muslunci ba to baya halasta ayi amfani da fatar a sallah, na’am idan a kasuwar musulmai aka sayo su to ana musu hukunci da wadanda aka musu yankan muslunci ba kuma dole sai mutum ya bincika shin an yanka su ko ba a yanka ba [16]
Sa’ido da kulawa kan yanka dabbobin da namansu ya halasta A kasar Iran da wasu ba’arin kasashen musulmai, domin tabbatar da halascin nama da ake amfani da shi, akwai wasu Masana hukunce-hukuncen yanka da farauta a muslunci da aka tane da su da suke sanya idanu kan yanka, [17] Majalisar Shura Islami a Iran a shekara 1387 hijira tafiyar rana an tanadi doka kan yanka da farauta a muslunci [18]
