Halal (arabic: الحلال) shi ne kishiyar Haram kuma yana nufin abin da ya halatta a shari’a da Hankali. A wasu madogaran Fikihu ana ganin kalmar halal daidai yake da Mubahi, amma a sabanin haka, sun ce halal yana daga cikin hukunce-hukuncen da ba su shafi ayyukan Mukallafi ba wato baya sahun wajibi ko mustahabbi ....kai tsaye. kuma shi Mubahi ne ya fi gama gari. fiye da halal Domin kowane mubah halal ne, amma ba duk halal bane Mubahi.. A wajen Malaman Fikihu, idan akwai kokwanton cewa wani abu haramun ne ko halal, to akan bahashi a halal bisa Ka'idar Hilliyya, A cikin Hadisai an yi umarni da a koyi hukunce-hukuncen halal da haram, saboda samun tsira, A shekarata 2007, an kafa Cibiyar Halal ta Duniya don yada al'adun Halal. Haka kuma an sanya ranar 17 ga watan Ramadan a matsayin ranar Halal ta duniya.


Ma'ana

ma’anar halal kihsiyar Haram shi ne abin da shari’a da Hankali suka yarda [1] da shi,[2] Ma’ana abin da ba haram bane aikata shi ko ƙin aikata shi ba lefi.[3] Halal a cikin lugga yana nufin konce wani ɗauri[4] A cewar Ali Akbar Karashi “Hal” yana nufin halal da buɗe wani ƙulli da akayi, kuma halal shi ne abin da aka kuncewa haramci.[5] A cewar wasu masu bincike, yin amfani da "Yajuz" a cikin maganganun Malaman Fikihu wani lokaci yana nufin "Yasihhu" (wato abun dai dai ne) wani lokaci kuma yana nufin "Yahillu" (abu halal ne) kuma ana amfani da shi a cikin abubuwan da Shari'a ba ta hana su ba[ [6] A cikin wata ruwaya da aka ruwaito daga Imam Sadiƙ (A.S) koyan hadisi kan halal da haram ga mutum mai gaskiya , ya fi duniya da zinari da azurfarda ke cikinta.Raqi, Al-Mahasin, Dar al-Kitb al-Islamiyah, juzu'i na 1, shafi.

Banbancin Halal da Mubahi

Wasu suna ganin kalmar Halal ta kasance daidai da “mubahi”[7] wasu kuma sun banbance tsakanin waɗannan kalmomi guda biyu[8] kuma sun ambaci bambance-bambance a gare su, waɗanda suka hada da; A cikin shari’a ana amfani da halal akan haram, Kuma beshafi abubuwa kaman Wajibi ko farilla, Mustahabbi, Makruhi, da Mubahi ba[9] Don haka halal ya fi mubahi faɗi. Yana nufin duk wani mubah halal ne, amma ba kowane halal ba ne mubah Kamar: Makruhi halal ne amma ba mubah bane[10] Mubah yana daga cikin Ahkam Taklifi, kuma ana jingina shi kai tsaye zuwa ga ayyukan mutum na kai tsaye[11] amma halal yana daga cikin Ahkam Wada'i wanda ba kai tsaye yake tinkarar ayyukan mutum ba.[12] Halal na nufin kwance igiyar takunkumi da cire haramci Alhali mubah yana nufin ci gaba da faɗaɗa ayyuka ta fuskar aikatawa da barinsa.[13]

Abin da ake Nufi da Ka'idar Hilliya a Fikhu

Ƙa’idar Hilliya Ka'ida ce ta Fikihu wadda cikin ta ake da shakka kan halacci ko haramcin wani abu.[14] A bisa wannan ƙa’ida idan aka samu shakku kan haram ko halal sai a yi hukunci da halascinsa.[15] Domin tabbatar da wannan ƙaida sai a koma aya ta 29 a cikin Suratul Baƙara, “Shi ne wanda ya halicci kome da ke cikin ƙasa dominku.”[16] da hadisin da ya ce: “Kowane abu halal ne a gare ku, sai dai idan kun san haramun ne.[17]

Dukiyar Halal
