Tufafin Mai Sallah
- Wannan wani rubutgu ne mai bayyanawa game da ra'ayi na fikihu kuma ba zai iya zama ma'auni na ayyukan addini ba. Koma zuwa wasu tushe don ayyukan addini.
Tufafin Mai Sallah, (Larabci: لباس المصلي) kaya ne da wanda zai yi Sallah yake sawa, hakika Malaman Fikihu sun bayani kan Mikdarin Girman Kayan Mai Sallah tare da sharuddansu, Malaman Fikihu sun yi Ijma’i kan wajabcin Lullube Baki dayan Jikin Mace in banda Zagayen Fuska da tsintsiyar Hannu zuwa geffan yatsu a lokacin da ta tashi yin Sallah kuma babu bambanci gaban Muharraminta za ta Sallar ko gaban wanda ba Muharraminta ba, sannan babu wannan wajabcin kan Maza, kadai wajabcin Suturce Al’aura ne yake kan Maza a lokacin da za su yi Sallah. Daga cikin Sharuddan Tufafin Mai Sallah wajibi ne Tufafin ya kasance tsarkakakke kuma ya zama bai tabu da Najasa ba, kuma Tufafin nasa bai kasance daga sassan Dabbobin da aka Haramta cin Namansu ba, daga misalin Fata da gashinsu, dole ne ya kasance daga Dabbobin da aka halasta cin Namansu kuma aka yanka su yankan shari’a. Kan asasin Fatawar Malaman Fikihu sun ce baya halasta ga Maza Sanya Tufafin da aka dinka daga Zinare da wanda ya kasance daga Jinsin Alhariri, kuma Sallar da aka yi sanye da irin wannan nau’in Tufafin batacciya ce, haka kuma Malaman Fikihu sun yi bayanin Hukunce-hukunce na Mustahabbi da Makruhi da suke da alaka da Tufafin Mai Sallah.
Matsayi
Tufafin Mai Sallah a lokacin da ya tashi Sallah dole ne su kasance suna kan hukunce-hukunce da sharuddan Tufafin Mai Sallah, Malaman Fikihu cikin ba’arin Babukan Fikihu Kamar misalin Babun Dahara da Sallah sun yi bayani filla-filla Kan Tufafin Mai Sallah zai sanya a jiki lokacin da zai yi sallah [1] Hurrul Amili cikin Littafin Wasa’ilul Ash-Shi’a ya waro sashe guda da ya tsara shi cikin taken (Abwabu Libasul Al-Musalli) sannan ya zuba riwayoyin daban-daban da suke bayanin Hukunce-hukuncen Tufafin Mai Sallah ya tsara su cikin babi 64 mabambanta [2]
Mikdarin Tufafin Mai Sallah a Lokacin da zai yi Sallah
Mikdarin Suttura da Mata da Maza za su Sanya a Lokacin Sallah a Mahangar Fikihu:
- Sutturtar Mace
A cewar ba’arin Malaman FIkihu, Malamai sun yi Ijma’I [3] kan cewa Mace idan ta tashi Sallah babu bambanci a gaban Muharraminta ne za ta yi Sallah ko Kuma a gaban wand aba Muharraminta ba [4] wajibi ta suturce baki dayan Jikinta in banda zagayen Fuska da tsintsinyar Hannu zuwa geffan Yatsa nan kadai ya halasta ta bari a bude, [5] na’am wasu Jama’a daga Malaman Fikihun Shi’a sun bayyana shakku kan wajabci Lulluba Gashinta [6] Ibn Junaidu daga Malaman Karni na 4 h Kamari yana ganin babu wata matsala idan mace bata lullube gashinta ba a lokacin da ta ke Sallah matukar dai babu wanda ba muharraminta ba a wurin. [7] Wasu ba’arin Malaman Fikihu sun tafi kan ra’ayin cewa Fuska da Hannu da saman Kafafu suma babu Matsala idan ba ta rufe su ba a lokacin da za ta yi Sallah [8] Tabataba’I Yazdi Mawalllafin Littafin Al-Urwatul Al-Wuska ya ce babu Matsala cikin barin Tafin Kafa a bude ba a lulluba a lokacin da ta ke Sallah. [9]
Sutturar Namiji
Malamai Sun yi Ijma’I, [10] kan cewa babu wajabcin kan Namiji cikin Sallah ya lullube wani abu daga jikinsa in banda Al’aurarsa [11] a cewar Tabataba’I Yazdi Mustahabbi ne Namiji ya lullube jikinsa daga cibiya zuwa Gwiwarsa, [12] a ra’ayin Mawallafin Littafin Al-Urwatul Al-Wuska yin Sallah ga Maza ba tare da lullube Jiki ba in banda Al’aura duk da cewa yin haka ya halasta amma fa makruhi ne. [13]
Ragowar Hukunce-hukunce
Malaman Fikihun Shi’ a sun yi Ijma’I kan cewa wajibi Tufafin Mai Sallah ya kasance Tsarkakakke [14] idan ya tabu da Najasa wajibi ne a kawar da wannan Najasa [15] na’am Malaman Fikihu suna ganin Tufafin da ya cudanyu da Jinin Miki da jinin Kurji ko kuma wani yanka da jinin yake diga daga gare shi, haka kuma jinin bai fi girman Dirhami ba da tare da sharadin kada jinin ya kasance daga Haila da Nifasi ko Istihada, babu matsala daga wadannan Jinane an togace su. [16] Haka kuma an ce Tufafin da baya yiwuwa a yi Sallah da su sakamakon kankatarsu na rashin lullube Al’aura, kamar misalin Safa, Hula, Safar Hannu, Hular Tashi Ka Fiye Naci, ko da sun tabu da Najasa babu matsala ayi Sallah sanye da su. [17] wasu ba’arin Malaman Fikihu sun ce kayayyaki da kayan amfani kanana-kanana kamar misalign Zobe, Makulli, Da Sulallan Zinare idan ko da kasance Najasa ba matsala cikin yin Sallah dauke da su. [18] Kan ra’ayin Mashhur daga Malaman Fikihun Shi’a [19] Matar da take Rainon Yaro Karami babu bambanci Namiji ko Mace ko kuma ita din ba Mahaifiyarsa bace sai ya zamanto Tufafi guda daya take da shi, idan wannan Tufafin ya Najastu da fitsarin Yaron, ya wadatar mata ta wanke sau daya tsawon yini ba dole bane idan ta tashi Sallah sai ta tsarkake shi ba [20]
Kasancewar Tufafin Daga Halas
Malamai sun yi Ijma’i kan wajabcin kasancewar Tufafin da za ayi Salklah da shi daga Tufafin Halas ma’ana bai kaasan ce daga Tufafin Kwace ba, [21] kan wannan bayani ne idan Mai Sallah ya yi Sallah da Tufaffin Haram alhalin ya san baya halasta a yi Sallah da wannan Tufafi to Sallarsa batacciya ce, [22] na’am idan ya kasance bai sani ba ko kuma ya manta cewa yana sanye da Tufafin Kwace to Sallarsa bata bacu ba, [23] amma idan ya tuna yana tsaka da yin Sallah sannan kuma akwai yiwuwar Kammala Sallarsa ba tare da wannan Tufafi da ya sanya ba, ma’ana akwai Mikdarin da zai lullube masa Al’aura daga Tufafin Halas, wajibi take kai tsaye ya cire wannan Tufafi na kwace ko da kuwa iya Raka’a daya rak zai iya yi a cikin lokacin Sallar, na’am idan ya zama me masa tilashi yin sallar da wannan Tufafi na kwace domin kare Ransa ko dukiyarsa babu matsala ya yi sallah da wannan Tufafi na kwace kuma Sallarsa ta inganta. [24] idan Mai Sallah ya yi sallah da Tufafin da aka saye su da Kudin da ba a cire Khumusi daga cikinsu ba, Sallarsa batacciya ce, [25] a fatawar Wasu Malaman duk da cewa amfani da kayan kwace misalin Zobe,wayar Salula, Belt ya Haramta, sai dai kuma kasancewa tare da su a lokacin yin Sallah baya bata Sallah. [26]
Jinsin Tufafi
Kan asasin Fatawar Malaman Fikihu Bai kamata Mai Sallah ya yi amfani da Tufafin da aka dinka shi daga wani Sassa daga Dabbobin da ba ya halasta a ci namansu kamar misalin Fatarsu, Gashinsum idan wani daga bangraen wadannan Dabbobi ya kasance tare da shi to Sallarsa batacciya ce, [27] haka kuma sun ce idan ya kasance abubuwa misalin Miyau da Kashin Dabbobin da ya haramta a ci Namansu suka damfaru da jikin Mai Sallah to Sallar da ya yi tare da su ta baci, [28] haka kuma Tufafin Mai Sallah ba ya halasta ya kasance daga Mushen Dabbobin da aka Haramta cin Namansu da ma wanda aka halasta cin namansu wanda ba a yanka su ba yanka ta hanyar Shari’a. [29] Sanya Tufafin da aka yi masa Ado da Zinare hakika ya haramta ga Maza, kuma Sallar da aka yi cikin wannan Tufafi batacciya ce, [30]haka kuma rataya Sarkar Zinare ko sa Zoben Zinare ko Agogon Zinare ya Haramta ga Maza, sannan a Fatawar wasu Malamai, Wajibi ne a cire su lokacin yin Sallah [31] Kan asasin Fatawowin Malaman Fikihu, ya haramta ga Maza Sanya Tufafi da ya kasance daga Alharir, kuma Sallar da suka yi sanye da wannan Tufafi Batacciya ce [32] sannan Abubuwa Misalin Safar Kafa, Hula,Hular Tashi Ka fi ye Naci, da misalansu idan an yi su daga tsantsar Alhariri hakika a ra’ayin wasu daga cikin Malaman Fikihu Sallar da aka yi sanye da su batacciya ce. [33]
Mustahabbai da Makruhai
Malaman Fikihu bisa la’akari da riwayoyin Imamai Ma’asumai (A.S) kari kan Fatawowinsu kan Tufafin Mai Sallah, hakika a wannan fage na Tufafin Mai Sallah sun yi bayani dangane da Mustahabbai da Makruhai. [34]
