Ainun Najasati (Larabci: عين النجاسة) shi ne abin da a zatinsa shi Najasa ne, a mahangar muslunci wannan abu ba za a iya tsarkake shi, a ra'ayin Malaman fiƙihu na Shi'a idan Ainun Najasati ya taɓa wani abu da ya kasance tsarkakakke kuma yayin haɗuwarsu ɗaya cikinsu jikinsa akwai danshi, to shi ma wannan tsarkakakken abu ya zama najasa, a mahangar Muslunci jini, fitsari, kashi, maniyyi, mushe, Kare, Alade, Kafiri, giya da Fuƙƙa'u (giyar ruwan sha'ir) dukkanin ainun Ainun najasati ne.

Sanin Mafhumi

A ra'ayin mashhur ɗin Malaman fiƙihu Ainun Najasati yana da najasa ta zati a mahangar Muslunci, ba ya tsarkakuwa.[1] A fiƙihun Shi'a abubuwa guda goma ana lissafa su cikin Ainun Najasati, su ne kamar haka: jini, fitsari, kashi, mushe, Kare, Alade, maniyyi, Kafiri, giya, Fuƙƙa'u (giyar ruwan sha'ir)[2] tare da haka Sayyid Murtada ɗaya daga cikin manyan Malaman fiƙihun Shi'a a ƙarni na biyar ya tafi kan cewa sassan jikin Kare da Alade da babu rai tare da su bisa la'akari da rashin rai tare da su da kuma wasu alfanu ana lissafa su tsarkakakku.[3] wasu adadin Maraji'an taƙlidi sun sanya gumin jikin Raƙumi mai cin najasa cikin layin najasa.[4]

Hukunce- hukunce

Cikin fiƙihun Shi'a an ambaci hukunce-hukunce dangane da najasa. su ne kamar yanda bayaninsu zai zo a ƙasa: Idan Ainun najasati ya taɓa jikin wani abu da ya kasance tsakakakke shi ma wannan abun zai zama najasa,[5] ana kiran wannan abu da sunan Mutanajjisu (wanda ya najastu), na'am ciratuwa najasa tana da sharuɗɗa tsakanin abubuwan guda biyu Ainun najasati da abin da yake tsarkake dole ɗaya daga cikinsu ya zamana yana da danshi,[6] an jingina zuwa ga Faizul Kashani cewa bayan kawar da najasa daga Mutanajjisu ba tare da amfani da ruwa cikin kawar da ita da misalin amfani da Toilet paper najasar jikinsa ba zata ciratu ta tsallaka zuwa wani abu da yake tsarkakakke ba.[7] Shigar da Ainun najasati cikin Masallaci idan ya kasance domin wulaƙanta Masallacin to haramun ne.[8] Haramun ne cin Ainun najasati.[9] Ruwan da ya haɗu da Ainun najasati, idan ɗanɗano da kalarsa da warinsa ya canja ko da kuwa wannan ruwa ya kasance daga ruwa Jari ruwa mai gangara da gudana to zai zama najasa.[10] Wajibi ne a kawar da Ainun najasati daga baƙiɗayan gaɓɓan Alwala da na wanka na wajibi,[11] cikin alwala za a iya kawar da Ainun Najasati kafin a fara alwala da kuma lokacin da ake yin alwalar ta hanyar wanketa ko shafeta,[12] amma a cikin wanka dole kafin fara wankan a kawar da Ainun najasati.[13] Idan jiki ko tufafi suka taɓu da najasa da wani miƙdari da ya kasance ƙasa da girman dirhami (gwargwadon fadin babban ɗan yatsan hannu) daga jini da yake daga Ainun Najasati, babu matsala ayi sallah tare da wannan jini kuma sallar ta inganta.[14]
