- Wannan labarin labari ne mai bayyanawa game da ra'ayi na fikihu kuma ba zai iya zama ma'auni na ayyukan addini ba. Koma zuwa wasu tushe don ayyukan addini
Jaharu (Larabci: الجهر) ko Bayyanar da Karatun Sallah, bisa ra’ayin Mashhur ɗaga murya a lokacin karatun Fatiha da sura wajibi ne kan Masu sallah cikin sallolin Asubahi da raka’o’i biyu na farkon sallolin Magariba da Isha, bayyanar da karatun cikin babukan sallah da hajji da diyya yana da hukunce-hukunce da suka kebance shi, wasu jama’a daga Malaman fiƙihu suna ganin ma’auni cikin bayyana karatu shi ne bayyanuwar gundarin sauti, sannan ayanna shi yana komawa ga mutane, bayyanar da karatu a wurare misalin sallar ayoyi, sallar Juma'a, sallolin Idi guda biyu, sallar roƙon ruwa, Alƙunut da talbiyar maza duka malamai suna ganin mustahabbbi ne bayyana da karatu a cikinsu, a ra’ayin mashhur ɗin Malaman fiƙihu cikin sauran wurare da ake zikiri da tasbihi bayyanar da sauti makruhi ne kan Mamu, na’am cikin tasbihatul arba’a wajibi a yi karatu a ɓoye. Duk wanda ya jiwa wani ciwo ta kai haddin da sakamakon wannan ciwo ba zai iya bayyanar da karatu ba wajibi ne ya biya shi cikakkiyar diyya.
Sanin Mafhumi
Bayyanar da karatu kishiyar ɓoye karatu ne wanda yake n ufi ɗaga murya da bayyana sauti [1] wasu jama’a daga Malaman fiƙihu suna ganin ma’aunin bayyanar da karatu shi ne bayyanuwar gundarin sauti, [2] kuma shi zayyane gundarin sauti yana komawa ga mutane, [3] a cewar Malaman fiƙihu cikin kiyaye bayyana karatu bai kamata sauti ya ƙetara haddin tsakatsaki ba ya zama misalin ihu da kururuwa, [4] wannan maudu’i ya zo cikin ɓangaren bahasin Sallah, Hajji, [5] Diyya, [6] Isɗilahin Jaharu (Bayyanar da murya)a cikin ilimin Tajweed kuma ana amfani da kalmar Jaharu wajen kame shakar numfashi da sakinsa kwatsam, yayin furta wasu haruffa, [7]haruffa 18 daga haruffa 28 a harshen Larabci haruffan da suka kasance kan wannan siffa ana kiransu da sunan (Huruful Mahajura) kishiyar (Huruful Mahamusa) waɗanda suke ishara kan sauran haruffan guda goma da suka rage. [8]
Hukunce-hukuncen Jaharu
Malaman fiƙihun Shi’a sun yi bayanin wuraren wajabci yin Jaharu da na Mustahabbi da Makruhi. Wuraren da ake Jaharu (bayyana murya) sun kasance kamar haka: Kan ra’ayin Mashhur Jaharu a cikin karanta fatiha da sura idan mai sallah ya kasance Namiji wajibi ne yin jaharu a lokacin sallolin Asubashi da raka’o’i biyu na farkon magariba da Isha, [9] ance an yi ijma’i kan wajabcin bayyanar bismilla cikin sallolin Asuba Magariba da Isha da juma’a, da kuma kan mustahabancin yin haka a sallolin da ake ɓoye karatu, [10] a ra’ayin Malaman fiƙihu idan mai sallah cikin ganganci yaƙi kiyaye wurin da wajibi a ɓoye karatu ko bayyana shi to sallarsa ta ɓaci, amma idan ya zamana cikin mantuwa ko rashin sani hakan ta kasance to sallarsa ta inganta. [11] Idan wani ya cutar da wani zuwa haddin da wanda ya cutar ba zai iya bayyana karatun sallah ba a inda bayyana shi ya zama wajibi, to wajibi ya biya shi cikakkiyar diyya. [12]
Wurare da bayyanar da karatu yake kasancewa mustahabbi da mubahi. Jaharu bayyanar da karatu mustahabbi ne a wuraren da za su zo a ƙasa Sallar Ayoyi [13] Sallar Juma'a [14] Karatun Fatiha a sallar azahar ta ranar Juma’a ga maza [15] Sallar Idi (Eid al-Fitr da Eid al-Adha) [16] Sallar neman ruwan sama. [17] Sallar mustahabbi ta dare. [18] Ambaton ƙunut bisa Mashhur. [19]
Bismilla cikin wuraren da wajibi ne a ɓoye karatu hatta tare da zaɓar karanta fatiha maimakon tasbihatul arba’a. [20] kabbarar haramar sallar jana’iza wajibi ne kan limami ya bayyanar da karatu. [21] Kabbarar haramar kan limamin sallar jam’i. [22] Cikin talbiya wajibi ce kan maza. [23] Haka kuma halal ne bayyanar da ita wurare da za su zo a ƙasa, kuma mai sallah zai iya karatun a bayyane ko a ɓoye: Karatun fatiha da sura cikin sallolin Asubahi, Magariba da Isha idan mai sallaha mace ce idan ya zama wani wanda muharraminta ba zai ji muryarta tana karatu ba. [24] Zikiri da suke sallah banda Fatiha da sura da tasbihatul araba’a. [25] Sallar ɗawafi. [26] Jaharu (Bayyana murya) na Makruhi Mashhur daga Malaman fiƙihu bayyanar da murya cikin zikirin cikin sallah banda fatiha da sura da tasbihatul arba’a yana zama makruhi ga mamu mai bin liman sallah.
