Ka'idojin Shi'a, (Larabci: أصول المذهب الشيعي) tushen Mazhabr Shi'a sun hada da Tauhidi, Annabta, Ma'ad, Adalci da Imamanci. A wajen ‘yan Shi’a, inkarin kowace ka’idoji guda uku na farko (tauhidi da Annabci da tashin kiyama) waɗanda su ne Asalan addini yana haifar da Kafirci, amma rashin imani da kowace ka’idoji guda biyu na adalci da imamanci yana kaiwa ga barin Shi’a, ba barin Addinin Musulunci ba. Sanya Imamanci a ƙarƙashin tsarin addini yana daga cikin Akidar da ta bambanta Shi'a da sauran mazhabobin Musulunci, don haka ne ake kiransu Imamiyya Haka nan kuma imani da ƙa'idar adalci ya banbanta Mu’utazila da Ash’ariya kuma ya sanya an sawa Shi’a da Mu’utazila sunan Adliyya.

Matsayin Ƙa'idojin

Mazhabar Shi’a ana kiransu da tushen shi'a kuma guda biyar ne akwai (Tauhidi, Annabci, Ma'ad, Imamanci da Adalci) [1]wadanda su ne tushen Mazhabar Shi’a.[2] Rashin Imani da kowannensu zai iya sa mutum yabar Shi'a. Imani da cewa imamanci (sanya shugaba ga al'ummar musulmi bayan wafatin Hazrat Muhammad (S.A.W) abu ne na Ubangiji[5] kuma Allah ne ze naɗa wanda yaso[6] a aƙidar shia Allah ya naɗa mutum goma sha biyu daga cikin 'ya'yan Manzon Allah (S.A.W) Sunayen imamai bisa tsarin imamanci kamar haka: Imam Ali (A.S), Imam Hassan (A.S), Imam Husaini (A.S), Imam Sajjad (A.S), Imam Bakir (A.S), Imam Sadiƙ (A.S). a.s., Imam Kazim (A.S), Imam Rida (A.S), Imam Jawad (A.S), Imam Hadi (A.S), Imam Hassan Askari (A.S), Imam Mahadi (A.F).[7]

A cewar Mohammad Husaini Kashif Al-Ghita a cikin littafin Aslul Al-Shi’a wa-Usuliha, imamanci shi ne babban abin da ya bambanta shi’a da sauran mazhabobin Musulunci[8] Saboda haka ake kiran wanda suka yadda da Imamancin imamai goma sha biyu wanda aka fi sani da Shi'a Imamiyya.[9] kuma imamanci yana daga cikin ka’idojin mazhabar shi’a[10] Kuma duk wanda bai yarda da shi ba zai fita daga da’irar shi’anci.[11]

Adalcin Allah

Imani da cewa Allah yana yin adalci kuma ba ya zalunci a tsarin halitta da na shari'a[12] Adaliya (Shi’a da Mu’utazila) suna ganin hankali a lokuta da yawa yakan fahimci Kyawunta da Munana ayyuka. cewa . ma'ana Allah Yana aiki ne a kan kyawawan abubuwa, kuma ba ya yin zalunci domin zalinci abune mai muni,[13] Kuma Ash'ariyya sunyi imani da cewa ma'auni na adalcin hali aikin Allah ne. Kuma duk abin da Allah yake aikatawa mai kyau ne kuma adalci, ko da mutane sun gan shi a matsayin zalunci.[14]

Mene ne yasa Adalci yake daga Ƙa'idoji da Tushen Shi'a

A cewar masanin falsafar nan na Shi'a Misbahu Yazdi (1313-1399H), ana ɗaukar adalci ɗaya daga cikin ƙa'idojin Mazhabar Shi'a da Mu'utazila saboda muhimmancinsa a Ilimin Kalam.[15] Malamin shi'an nan Murtada Mutahhari ma yana cewa : abin da yasa adalci ya kasance ɗaya daga cikin ka'idojin shi'a, shi ne ɓullowar wasu aƙidu kamar inkarin iktiyari (zabi) da 'yancin dan Adam da zabi a tsakanin a ayyukansa acikin wasu mutane daga Musulmai. wanda a kan haka bai dace ba a hukunta wanda aka tilastawa. tare da cewa kuma Allah yana adalcin[16] Shi'a da Mu'utazila suna ganin tilasta mutum ga aiki ya saba wa adalcin Ubangiji, don haka ne aka sansu da sunan Adliyya.[17]

Ƙa'idoji da Tushen Muslunci

Tauhid: imani da samuwar Allah, Kaɗaita shi da rashin abokin tarayya.[18] Annabci: Imani da cewa Allah ya aiko mutane a matsayin annabawa don shiryar da mutane[19] Annabi na farko shi ne Hazrat Adam (A.S)[20] kuma na ƙarshe shi ne Hazarat Muhammad (S.A.W).[21] Ma'ad: Imani da cewa za a tayar da mutum bayan Mutuwa kuma za ayi hisabi na ayyukansa na alheri da na sharri.[22]
