Kabari (Larabci: القبر) wani wuri ne da ake binne matattu, a cikin fiƙihu an ambaci wasu hukunce-hukunce da ladubba ga kabari, daga cikin ladubban kabari akwai kasancewarsa mai kusurwa huɗu a shafe ba tare da tudu ko tozo ba, tudunsa bai wuce tudun ɗagawar yatsu huɗu daga ƙasa ba, sannan kuma a gina shi da ƙwari sosai ka da ya yi saurin lalacewa.

Hotan binne gawa a cikin kabari

Malaman musulmi tare da jingina da Kur'ani da riwayoyi, suna ganin ziyartar kabari yana da falala kuma suna umarni da zuwa ziyarar kaburbura. Haka nan suna cewa tsaga kabarin musulmi ta yadda za a hango jikinsa haramun ne, bisa fatawarsu, tone kabari kaɗai yana halatta ne idan akwai larura ta shari'a kan yin hakan.

Nazarin Ma'ana Da Muhimmanci

"Kabari" suna ne na wani wuri da ake binne gawarwakin mutane.[1] Cikin Litattafan riwayoyi, an tattaro hadisai cikin babi guda da suke magana kan kabari. Alal misali, Allama Majlisi cikin littafin Biharul Al-Anwar, ya tattaro hadisai guda 128 kan kabari.[2] Cikin fatawowin malaman fiƙihu an yi bayanin ladubba game da kabari.[3]

Hukunce-hukunce Da Siffofin Kabari

Cikin littafin fiƙihu, an yi bayanin ladubba da mustahabbai game da kabari, ba'arinsu sun kasance kamar haka: Kabari ya kasance mai kusurwowi guda huɗu[4] Ya kasance a miƙe shafe babu tudu ko tozo[5] A gina shi ya ɗan miƙe daga ƙasa gwargwadon tudun yatsu huɗu.[6] Zurfun kabarin ya kasance gwargwadon tsayin kafaɗar gawa matsakaiciya.[7] A gina shi da ƙarfi da ƙwari don gudun kada ya yi saurin lalacewa[8] A rubuta sunan mamacin a kan kabarin ku jikin wani allo ko wani dutse da za a kafa shi a saman kan mamaci don tantance shi.[9] Ba'arin malaman fiƙihu sun ce ya kamata mumini tun kafin mutuwarsa ya tanadi kabarinsa, ya shiga ciki ya karanta Kur'ani. Hakan nan kyautar filin da za a binne mumini yana daga ayyuka na mustahabbi.[10]

Maƙabarta

Cikin al'adun musulmi, ana girmama maƙabarta[11] Kuma zuwa wannan wuri wani abu ne da ya yaɗu sosan gaske.[12] Cikin litattafan Muslunci, an ambaci hukunce-hukunce da ladubba na musamman ga maƙabarta, ba'arinsu sune kamar haka: Sallama ga mamata,[13] Kiyaye tsafta da girmama maƙabarta[14] Ba a binne kafirai a maƙabartun musulmi.[15]

Ziyartar Kaburbura

A cewar malaman Muslunci, a cikin ayoyin Kur'ani da hadisai, an yi umarni da ziyartar kaburbura musamman ma kaburburan annabawa da mutane nagargari, kuma an yi bayanin falaloli kan haka.[16] Daga cikin musulmi, Wahabiyawa sun haramta ziyartar kaburbura.[17] Game da hukuncin ziyartar kaburbura ga mata akwai saɓanin ra'ayoyin malamai: Aksarin malaman Shi'a suna cewa ziyartar kaburbura ga mata mustahabbi ne kamar dai maza;[18] Amma fatawar masshur tsakankanin Ahlus-Sunna shi ne cewa makaruhi ne mata zu je ziyartar kaburbura.[19]

Tone Kabari

Tsaga kabari ko rushe shi ta yadda zai jawo bayyanar gangar jikin mamaci, shi ne ake kira da tone kabari.[20] Daidai da fatawar malaman fiƙihun Shi'a[21] da Ahlus-Sunna,[22] tone kabarin musulmi kafin ƙarewa da halakar gangar jikinsa haramun ne, kaɗai yana halatta idan akwai larura ta shari'a kan yin hakan; misali a wurare da haƙƙin mutane ya shigo ciki, misalin kamar binne mutum a filin ƙwace.[23]
