Niyaba Amma, (Larabci: النيابة العامة) Gama-garin Na’ibanci Malam Fikihun Shi'a kan Kujera da mukamin Imam Mahadi (A.F) a zamanin Gaiba Kubra, `Yan Shi’a a lokacin Gaiba Kubra basu da hanyar sadarwa da Imam Mahadi kai tsaye ko ba kai tsaye ba, kan asasin riwayoyi, hakika Imaman Shi’a a wannan zamani na Gaiba Kubra sun dora wazifofin Imam Mahadi kan Malaman Fikihu, jograncin Addini da na Mutane duka yana kan wuyan Malaman Fikihu, hakika Niyaba Amma tana matsayin kishiyar Niyaba Khassa.

Su Wane ne Gama-garin Na’ibai ?

Cikin Hadisan Shi’a, wadanda suke kasancewa ma’abota Mukamin Niyaba Amma an kiraye su da taken sunaye kamar misalin Marawaitan Hadisi, wadanda suka san Halal da Haram, Malaman FIkihu, da Kuma Malamai [5] kan asasin wadannan Hadisai, a lokacin Daurar Gaiba Kubra Malaman fikihu da Malaman Shi’a sune Magadan Imaman Shi’a, Muhammad Sanad ya tattaro wadannan hadisi cikin littafin Da’awa As-Sifarati fi Al-Gaiba Al-Kubra, [6]

Wilayatul Al-Fakihi da Na’ibanci

Hadisan Gama-garin Na’ibanci
