Nasibi (Larabci: ناصبي) shi ne wanda yake Kiyayya da Imam Ali (A.S) ko kiyaya da daya daga Ahlil-Baiti (A.S) kuma yake bayyanar da kiyayyarsa gare su, ko inkarin Falalolinsu, haka ana kidaya Zagi da La’antar A’imma da `Yan Shi’arsu a Matsayin Misdakan Nasibanci. A ra’ayin Malaman Fikihu na Shi’a Nasibawa Najasa ne kuma ana musu hukunci daya da Kafirai, da wannan dalili baya halasta cin Naman Abinda suka yanka da basu Sadaka da auratayya da su, kuma basu da hakkin yin Gado, a cewar ba’arin wasu Malamai masu zurfafa bincike a wannan zamani, Nasibanci ya fa bullowa ne da Kashe Usman Bn Affan sannan a lokacin Daular banu Umayya ya samu gatan hukuma, hana yaduwar Falalolin Ahlil-Baiti, kashe `Yan Shi’a da Zagin Imam Ali (A.S) a kan Mimbarori suna daka cikin Sakonni Nasibanci a lokacin Daular Banu Umayya, Mu’waiya Bn Abi Sufyan, Kawarijawa Usmaniyyawa, da Hariz Bn Usman suna daga bayyanannun Nasibawa. Malaman Shi’a sun yi rubuce-rubuce daban-daban dangane da Nasibawa da Nasibanci, daga jumlarsu akwai misalin littafin (An-nasbu wan-Nawasibu) talifin Muhsin Mu’allim, Risalar (Ash-Shihabus As-Sakibu fi Bayani Ma’anal An-Nawasib) talifin Muhaddis Bahrani, da Risalar (Malun An-nawasibi wa Annahu Laisa Kulli Mukalif Nasiban) talifin Sayyid Abdullahi Jaza’iri.

Sanin Mafhumi

Nasabu yana nufin yin kiyayya da Ahlil-Baiti ko kiyayya da Masoyansu da bayyanar da kiyayyar, [1] da wannan ne kiyayya da `Yan Shi'a Masoyan Ahlil-Baiti [2] da `Yan Shi’a [3] ana kirga shi cikin Nasibanci kadai cikin kasancewa ana kinsu saboda suna son Ahlil-Baiti [4] da da’a gare su [5] Mashhur din Malaman Musulmi kadai suna ganin Nasibi cikin Mutumin da yake kiyayya da Ahlil-Baiti kuma ya bayyana kiyayyarsa gare su [6] a cewar wasu wanda ya riki Gaba da Imam (A.S) wani yanki na addininsa [7] Mutumin da yake imani da cewa Imam Ali (A.S) ya Kafirta ko a matsayin Fasiki [8] imani da fifita wasu kansa [9] tare da zagi da la’antar Ahlil-Baiti [10] da inkarin Falalolin Ahlil-baiti, [11] da kuma jin baya son a ambace su ko yada darajojinsu [12] Hassan Bn Farhan Maliki daga Malaman Ahlus-Sunna yana ganin kowanne irin nau’in karkata daga barin Imam (A.S) da Ahlil-Baiti a matsayin Misdakin Nasibanci [13] haka kuma raunana ingantattun Hadisai na yabon Imam Ali (A.S) Ahlil-baiti , Imani da kuskuren Imam Ali (A.S) cikin Yakokin da ya yi a lokacin Halifanci da ya yi da wuce gona da iri cikin yabon Makiyansa da shakka da kokwanto cikin Halifancinsa da kin yi masa Mubaya’a duka suna daga Misdakan Nasibanci da kiyayya da Imam Ali (A.S) [14] kari kan wannan Muhaddis Bahrani daga Malaman Fikihu na Shi’a yana ganin Gabatar da wasu Mutane kan Imam Ali (A.S) cikin Imamanci da yarda da Imanancinsu ba komai bane illa tsantsar kiyayya da Ali da Nasibanci [15]

Rashin Tabbatuwar Nasibancin Ahlus-sunna

Mashhur din Malaman Fikihu na Shi’a, suna ganin Nasibi shi ne mutumin da yake kiyayya da gaba da Ahlil-Baiti kuma ya bayyanar da kiyayyarsa a fili, da wannan dalili ne basa hukunta Ahlus-sunna da suke bayyana soyayya ga Ahlil-Baiti da cewa Nasibawa [16] amma Muhaddis Bahrani ya tafi kan cewa Nasibi shi ne wanda ya fifita wasu mutane kan Imam Ali kuma yake Imani da Imamanci wadannan da fifita kansa [17] Madogar Malamin wata riwaya ce da ta kunshi bayanin cewa Imani da Imamanci sabanin na A’imma (A.S) Nasibanci ne [18] Mawallafin littafin Jawahir Kalam yana ganin wannan Magana ta sabawa Sira da aikin `Yan Shi’a [19] sannan ya yi shakku kan ingancin Isnadi da Ma’anar Riwayar [20] akwai Risala me suna (Malun An-nawasibi wa Annahu Laisa Kulli MUkalif Nasibi) da aka danganta ta da Sayyid Abdullahi Jaza’iri Malamin Shi’a da cikin wannan Risala aka hakaito rashin amincewarsa kan hukunta Ahlus-sunna da Nasibanci [21]

Hukuncin Nasibi

A ra’ayin Malaman Fikihun Shi’a Nasibawa Najasa ne [22] kuma suna cikin hukuncin Kafirai, [23] cikin litattafan fikihu akwai bahasi mai taken Najasantuwar Kafirai wanda ya hada da Magana kan Nasibanci da Nasibi, [24] ba’arin hukunce-hukuncen Nasibawa sun kasance kamar yanda bayani zai zo a kasa:

Bayyanar Nasibanci

Wasu ba’arin masu zurfafa bincike sun yi Imani da cewa Nasibanci ya fara bayyane bayan Kashe Usman Bn Affan ya kuma samu Lasisi a lokacin Gwamnatin Banu Umayya [33] a rahotan da Masadir din Tarihi suka kawo, Mu’awiya Bn Abi Sufyan lokacin da da yana Mugiratu Bn Shu’uba Gwamna a Kufa Shekara ta 41 h kamari ya bashi umarni da ya zagi Imam Ali (A.S) sannan ya bata sunan Sahabban Imam (A.S) [34] bayan Mu’awiya Halifofin Banu Umayyawa sun cigaba da zagin Imam Ali (A.S) a kan MImbarori [35] har zuwa lokacin Halifancin Umar Bn Abdul-Aziz [36] Hakim Naishaburi Malamin Ahlus-sunna ya siffanta karni na hudu h kamari da Karni da ya Gurbata da Kiyayyar Imam Ali (A.S) da wannan dalili ne ma ya mike ya rubuta littafin Fada’il Fatima Zahara domin kishiyanta da yakar mummunar al’adar gaba da Ahlil-Baiti (A.S) cikin siffanta halin karni na hudu ya rubuta cewa: Allah ya jarrabce mu da wasu Shugabanni da Mutane suke samun kusanci wurinsu da Kiyayya da Iyalan Manzon Allah (S.A.W) da kaskantar da su [37]

Sakonni

Cikin ba’arin Sakonni da Nasibanci a daurorin Hukumar Banu Umayya:

  • shigo da Kirkirarrun Riwayoyi cikin litattafan Ahlus-sunna da nufin raunana Ahlil-Baiti da Inkarin Falalolinsu ta hannun Nasiban Marawaitan Hadisi. [38]
  • Hana sanya sunayen Ahlil-Baiti kan `ya`yan da aka Haifa, da kashe duk wanda aka sa masa suna da Ali [39]
  • Hukunta Mutanen da suke yada Falalolin Imam Ali (A.S) da bayaninsu ko kuma kin yarda su yi kiyayya da shi, da kin yarda su nakalci wata Falala ga Mu’awiya, wani lokacin tana kaiwa ga kashe su, Misali Hajjaju Bn Yusuf Sakafi [40] ya bada umarnci An yiwa Adiyya Bn Sa’ad Bulala wanda ya kasance daga `Yan Shi’ar Imam (A.S) da kuma Kashe Ahmad Bn Ali Nasa’i daya daga cikin Marubutan Sihahu Sitta na Ahlus-Sunna [41] duka suna daga misalsalan wannan fage. [42]

Sanannun Nasibawa

Cikin Masadir akwai wasu ba’arin muane da suka shahara da Nasibanci;

  • Mu’awiya Bn Abi Sufyan, Sarki na Farko daga Umayyawa wanda ya yi Mulki kusan tsawon shekaru 20 a garin Dimashk (Siriya) [43] Ibn Abil Al-Hadid Mu’utazili wanda ya yi sharhin Nahjul Balaga, ya nakalto daga Jahiz cewa Mu’awiya yana La’antar Ali (A.S) a karshen hudubarsa ta Sallar Juma’a yana cewa wajibi ayi ta yada la’antarsa har ta kai ga babu wanda zai nakalto wata Falala da darajarsa [44]
  • Usmaniyyawa, mutane ne masu tuhumar Imam Ali da Hannu cikin Kashe Usman Bn Affan [45] da wannan dalili ne suka ki yi masa Mubaya’a [46] Ibn Hajar Askalani Masanin Ilimin Rijal na Ahlus-Sunna a karni na tara h kamari, ya bayyana Nasibawa matsayin wasu jama’a da suka yi Imani da cewa Imam Ali (A.S) ya taimaka cikin Kashe Usman Bn Affan [47] wadannan Jama’a sakamakon wuce gona da iri cikin soyayyarsu ga Usman Bn Affan sun karkata zuwa ga Sukan Imam Ali [48]
  • Kawarijawa, wasu jama’a ne da suka kasance daga cikin Sojojin Imam Ali (A.S) a lokacin Yakin Siffin da suka dawo suna tuhumar Ali Bn Abi Talib da Kafirta suka kuma yi masa Bore da tawaye, sakamakon kiyayyarsu da shi suma ana kiransu da Nasibawa ko Nasiba [49]
  • Hajjaj Bn Yusuf Sakafi wanda ya mutu a shekara ta 95, a cewar Mas’udi marubucin tarihi a karni na hudu hakika Hajjaju ya kasance yana kiyayya da Ahlil-Baiti [50] ya kasance yana kashe wadanda suka ki barranta daga Imam Ali da Sahabbansa [51] ya kasance yana kama `Yan Shi’a da kashe su da mafi kankantar zargi da tuhuma, a lokacinsa yafi sauki a zargeka da kafirta da Zindikanci daga a zargeka da kasancewa cikin `Yan Shi’ar Hazrat Ali (A.S), [52] Hajjaju da farko a lokacin Mulkin Abdul-Malik Bn Marwan an nada shi Gwamna a HIjaz daga baya kuma a ka dawo da shi Irak [53]
  • Hariz Bn Usman, mutumin da ya kasance yana La’antar Imam Ali (A.S) a kan Mimbari [54] shi ne Mutumin da ya kasance yana canja Lafazin Hadisin Falalar Imam Ali (A.S)

A cewar Ibn Hibban daya daga Masana Ilimin Rijal wurin Ahlus-Sunna, Hariz Bn Usman ya kasance a kowacce rana yana La’antar Ali Bn Abi Talib (A.S) sau saba’in Safe da Yamma [56]

  • Mugira Bn Shu’uba, lokacin da Mu’awiya ya nada shi Gwamna a garin Kufa ya kasance yana zagin Imam Ali da `Yan Shi’arsa a kan Mimbari [57] Mugira ya kasance daga cikin Sahabban Annabi ya bayyana gudummawar da ya bayar a kai hari kan gidan Hazrat Zahara (A.S) [58]
  • Mutawakkil, Mutum ne da kasance yana tsananin kiyayya da Imam Ali (A.S) kuma Masoyi ne ga Makiyan Imam Ali (A.S) [59] mutum ne da ya kasance yana kwace dukiyar `Yan Shi’a da kuma Kashe su, [60] kiyayyar Mutawakkil ga Ahlil-Baiti (A.S) ta kai haddin da a shekara ta 236 ya bada umarnin ruguje Kabarin Husaini Bn Ali (A.S) da wannan dalili ne gidajen da suke kusa da Kabari da wadanda suke kewaye da shi duk suka ruguje ya sakar musu ruwa ya mayar da wurin wajen Noma da shuka [61]
  • Ibn Taimiyya, daya daga Masu yiwa Salafiyya Tunani, wasu ba’ari daga masu zurfafa binciken ilimi daga Shi’a kan tabbatar da Nasibanci Ibn Taimiyya sun jingina da tare da kafa Hujja kan raunata Hadisan falalar Imam Ali (A.S0 da ya yi misalin Hadis Raddu Shamsi, [62] Hadis Ghadir [63]da kuma kiyayarsa ga `Yan Shi’a, [64] haka kuma Ibn Hajar Askalani ya ce wasu ba’arin Malamai sun jingina Munafunci ga Ibn Taimiyya sakamakon Maganganun da ya yi kan Hazrat Ali, Ibn Taimiyya yayi Imani da cewa Imam Ali (A.S) ya tafka kuskure a wurare goma sha bakwai cikin Tafsirin Kur’ani [65]
