Sayyid Abul Ƙasim Musawi Khuyi (Larabci: السيد أبو القاسم الخوئي) wanda ya rayu tsakanin 1899-1992 ya kasance ɗaya daga cikin maraji'an Shi'a, masanin ilimin rijal kuma marubucin littafi mai mujalladi 23 Mu'ujam Rijalil Hadis, haka kuma shi dai marubucin littafin Al-Bayan Fi Tafsiril Kur'an. Mirza Na'ini da Muhaƙƙiƙ Isfahani sun kasance mutum biyu daga fitattun malamansa a ilimin fiƙihu da usul. Farkon marja'iyyarsa a dokance ta kasance bayan rasuwar Sayyid Husaini Ɗabaɗaba'i Burujerdi, sannan kuma bayan rasuwar Sayyid Muhsin Ɗabaɗaba'i Hakim marja'iyyar Khuyi ta fara karɓuwa a Iraƙi keɓance, tsawon shekaru 70 ya kasance cikin koyarwa, ya koyar da kammalalliyar daurar darasin kharijul fiƙhi da kuma daurori guda shida a darasin kharij usulul fiƙhi, sai kuma wata gajeriyar daura da ya koyar cikin darasin tafsirin Kur'ani. Malamai misalin Muhammad Is'haƙ Fayyaz, Sayyid Muhammad Baƙir Sadar, Mirza Jawad Tabrizi, Sayyid Ali Sistani, Husaini Wahid Khurasani, Sayyid Musa Sadar da Sayyid Abdul-Karim Musawi Ardabili sun kasance daga cikin fitattun almajiran Sayyid Khuyi.
Ayatullahi Khuyi ya kasance yana da ra'ayoyi da mahanga masu jan hankali a fannin ilimin fiƙhu da usul, wasu lokuta ra'ayoyinsa sun kasance suna bambanta da shahararrun ra'ayoyin manyan malaman fiƙihu na Shi'a. Ba'arin madogarai, da mabambantan fatawowinsa sun kai guda 300, rashin yarda da da ra'ayin cewa kafirai suna da wajibcin aiwatar da rassan addini, rashin yarda da ra'ayin kasancewar farawar watan hijira yana iya bambanta daga wani wuri zuwa wani wuri, rashin yarda da ingancin ra'ayin shuhura ta fatawa da ijma'i, ba'arin mabambantan ra'ayoyinsa sun kasance a fiƙihu da usul. Khuyi a lokacin marja'iyyarsa, ya yi ayyuka misalin ɗaukar matakai cikin sauke wazifar isar da saƙon Muslunci, yaɗa shi'anci da taimakon mabuƙata, haka kuma cikin ayyukansa ya gina laburare, makarantu, masallatai, husainiyyoyi da asibitoci a ƙasashen Iran, Iraƙ, Malesiya, Ingila, Amurka da Indiya.
A cikin shekarar 1961m, Ayatullahi Khuyi, ya ɗau wasu matakai kan gwamnatin Sarki Muhammad Rida Pahlawi, daga jumlarsu akwai nuna rashin amincewa da waƙi'ar Faiziyya da ta faru a 1963m, bayan nasarar juyin juya halin Muslunci a shekarar 1978 a Iran tare da kuma da ganawa da Faraha Diba matar Sarki Muhammad Rida Pahlawi, shakku da shubuhohi sun fara yawo cikin jama'a, bayan wannan, a wasu wurare daga jumlarsu ƙuri'ar jin ra'ayi cikin ayyana gwamnatin Muslunci da kuma yaƙin Iraƙi kan Iran, Sayyid Khuyi ya tsayam ƙyam cikin ba da kariya ga juyin juya hali da jamhuriyar Muslunci, a lokacin Intifada Sha'abaniyya Iraƙ da ayyana majalisar shura ta jagoranci da za ta shugabanci yankuna da suka faɗa ƙarƙashin ikon ƴanshi'a, Sayyid Khuyi ya tsinci kansa cikin matsin lamba daga hukumar Saddam Husaini, har ƙarshen rayuwarsa ya kasance cikin ɗauri da tsare shi a cikin gidansa.
Rayuwa
An haifi Sayyid Abul Ƙasim Musawi Khuyi a ranar 15 Rajab shekarar 1317 hijira ƙamari wanda ya yi daidai da shekarar 1898m, a garin Khuwe da yake ƙarƙashin Azerbaijan ta Yamma a ƙasar Iran.[1] Mahaifinsa Sayyid Ali Akbar Khuyi, ya kasance daga almajiran Abdullahi Mamaƙani, wanda sakamakon rashin amincewa da haramtaccen ƙudurin yarjejeniya,[2] a shekarar 1328 hijira, ya yi hijira daga Iran zuwa Najaf.[3] Khuyi, ya rasu a ranar 8 Safar shekarar 1413 hijira daidai 8 Agusta 1992m, yana da shekara 96 sakamakon fama da ciwo zuciya a garin Kufa, an binne shi a kusa da masallacin Al-Khadra a farfajiyar Haramin Imam Ali (A.S).[4]
Mata Da Ƴaƴa
Sayyid Khuyi ya yi aure sau biyu, yana da ƴaƴa maza guda uku da mata guda uku daga matarsa ta farko, sannan yana da ƴaƴa maza guda huɗu da mata guda biyu daga matarsa ta biyu.[5] Ba'arin sannanu daga ƴaƴansa sune kamar haka:

- Sayyid Jamalud-dini Khuyi, babban ɗan Sayyid Khuyi wanda ya sadaukar yawancin shekarunsa cikin al'amuran marja'iyyar babansa a Najaf. Ba'arin rubuce-rubucensa sun kasance misalin sharhin Kifayatul Usul, Bahasu Fil Falsafa Wa Ilmu Kalam, Taudihul Murad Fi Sharhi Tajridil Al-Itiƙad, Sharhu Diwani Mutanabbi da Diwane Shi'ir da harshen Farsi.[6]
- Sayyid Muhammad Taƙiyyu Khuyi, bayan kafa Mu'assasatu Khairiyya Imam Khuyi a shekarar 1989m, ya zama sakataren wannan cibiya, bayan Intifada Sha'abaniyya Iraƙ a shekarar 1989m, ya kasance memba a kwamitin da mahaifinsa ya zaɓa don gudanar da yankunan da aka ƴantar, sai dai cewa bayan murƙushe wannan yunƙuri da kuma kashe dubunnan ƴanshi'a da Saddam Husaini ya yi, an tsare su a gida shi da babansa, kuma daga ƙarshe a ranar 22 Yuni shekarar 1994m, ya rasu sakamakon hatsarin mota da ya yi. Wasu suna ganin wannan hatsari ya faru ne sakamakon makirci da hukumar Saddam da ta shirya a kansa.[7] Daɗi kan rahoto da ya rubuta na darasin fiƙihu na babansa, ya rubuta bahasi kan Al-Iltizamat Attab'iyya Fil Uƙud (Wajiban da suke bin baya a cikin kwangila).[8]

Rayuwar Ilimi
Abul Ƙasim Khuyi a 1330 hijira ƙamari, yana ɗan shekara 13, ya tafi Najaf da rakiyar mahaifinsa.[10] Cikin shekaru 6 ya kammala karatun muƙaddima da suɗuhu ali a cikin Hauza Ilmiyya, bayan haka a shekaru 14 ya ɗauki karatu daga malamai daban-daban a fannonin ilimi daban-daban daga jumlarsu fiƙihu da usul. Cikin wannan shekaru kamar dai yadda ya rubuta da kansa a cikin tarihin rayuwarsa, galibin abin da ya samu daga ilimi ya kasance daga Muhammad Husaini Na'ini da Muhammad Husaini Garawi Isfahani.[11]
Malamai Da Samun Izinin Ijtihadi
Sayyid Abul Ƙasim Khuyi, daɗi kan abin da ya faɗa da bakinsa na cewa yawancin karatuttukansa musamman kammlalliyar daurar ilimin usul da ba'arin litattafan fiƙihu ya koye su ne daga Muhammad Husaini Na'ini da Muhammad Husaini Isfahani, to amma ya yi karatu a wurin wasu malaman daban daga jumlarsu Shaikush Shari'a (Rasuwa: 1338 hijira) da Mahadi Mazandarani (Rasuwa: 1344 hijira) da Agha Diya'u Iraƙi.[12]
Wasu daban daga malaman Sayyid Khuyi sun kasance Muhammad Jawad Balagi Najafi fannin ilimin aƙida da tafsiri, Sayyid Abu Turab Khunsari a ilimin rijal da diraya, Sayyid Abul Ƙasim Khunsari Riyadi (Rasuwa: 1380 hijira) a ilimin lissafi, Sayyid Husaini Badekube'i, a ilimin Falsafa da irfani da kuma Sayyid Ali Ƙazi.[13]
Sayyid Abul Ƙasim a tsawon lokacin karatunsa a Hauza Ilmiyya Najaf, ya kasance yana yin mubahasa tare da Sayyid Muhammad Hadi Milani (Rasuwa: 1395 hijira), da Sayyid Muhammad Husaini Ɗabaɗaba'i (Rasuwa: 1402 hijira), da Sayyid Sadrud-dini Jazayiri, Ali Muhammad Burujerdi (Rasuwa: 1395 hijira), da Sayyid Husaini Khadimi da Sayyid Muhammad Husaini Hamadani.[14]
A shekarar 1352 hijira, Khuyi ya samu izinin Ijtihadi daga malamai masu yawan gaske a Hauzar Najaf, Muhammad Husaini Na'ini, Muhammad Husaini Garawi Isfahani, Agha Diya'u Iraƙi, Muhammad Husaini Balagi, Mirza Ali Agha Shirazi da Sayyid Abul Hassan Isfahani suna daga jumlar malamai da suka bashi izinin ijtihadi..[15]
Marja'iyya
Farkon marja'iyya Khuyi ba ta kasance a bayyane a fili ba, amma da yawan-yawan madogarai sun tabbatar da cewa ta fara ne bayan rasuwar Ayatullahi Burujerdi, sun kuma jaddada cewa bayan rasuwar Sayyid Muhsin Ɗabaɗaba'i Hakim, haƙiƙa Sayyid Khuyi ya zama sananne kuma fitaccen marja'i a Iraƙi[16] Haka nan marja'iyyarsa cikin ƴanshi'ar Iran ta kasance da muhimmancin gaske.[17] Khuyi yana cikin maraji'ai wanda suka samu karɓuwa sosan gaske a duniyar Shi'a cikin Larabawa ƴanshi'a dama waɗanda ba Larabawa.[18]
Mutane 14 daga mujtahidai a Najaf daga jumla akwai Sadra Badekube'i, Sayyid Muhammad Baƙir Sadar, Sayyid Muhammad Ruhani, Mujtaba Lankarani, Musa Zanjani, Yusuf Karbala'i, Sayyid Yusuf Hakim da Sayyid Jafar Mar'ashi, sun sanar da A'lamiyya ga Khuyi (Fifita a ilimi).[19] Sayyid Musa Sadar ta hannun babbar majalisin Muslunci ta Shi'a a Labanun ya sanar da cewa Khuyi shi ne Marja'i A'alam (Mafi sani da ilimi) na Shi'a.[20]
Koyarwa
Abul Ƙasim Khuyi a lokacin da yake karatu a Hauza Ilmiyya Najaf, ya haɗa karatu da koyarwa duka a lokaci guda, bisa rahotannin madogarai daban-daban, duk littafin da ya koya ya kasance yana koyar da shi.[21]
Bayan rasuwar Muhammad Husaini Na'ini da Muhammad Husaini Garawi Isfahani, majalisin darasin Sayyid Khuyi da Muhammad Ali Kazimi Khurasani, sun kasance daga muhimman majalisan darasi a Najaf, kuma kan wannan asasi ne bayan mutuwar Kazim Khurasani, sai majalisin darasin Khuyi ya zama daga shahararrun majalisan darasussuka a Hauza Ilmiyya Najaf.[22] Kamar yadda Khuyi ya rubuta a tarihin rayuwarsa, a lokacin shekaru masu tsayi da ya yi yana koyarwa, bai taɓa fashin zuwa koyarwa sai kwanakin rashin lafiyarsa ko idan ya yi tafiya.[23] A cikin shekaru 70 na koyar da darusssuka a matakan suɗuhu da kharij a Hauza Ilmiyya Najaf, kan asasi rahotanni daga madogarai, kusan shekaru 50 ya kasance mai kula da majalisin karatu kuma sanannen malami a Najaf, kuma ɗalibai daga Iran, Indiya, Afganistan, Fakistan, Iraƙi da Labanun da wasu ƙasashen daban sun kasance suna halartar darasussukansa.[24]
Khuyi ya koyar da kammalalliyar daurar darasin kharijul fiƙhi guda ɗaya, da kuma daurori guda shida na darasin usul fiƙhi ga almajiransa, haka kuma cikin wata gajeriyar daura ya koyar da darasin tafsirin Kur'ani.[25]
Tsari Da Salon Koyarwa
Khuyi, cikin koyar da bahasosin ilimi, an bayyana shi matsayin ƙwararren malami mai cikakken iko wajen koyar da fannonin ilimi, malami mai fasaha, mai tsari wanda ba ya shigo da ƙare-ƙare da suke wajen darasi, baya kutsawa cikin bahasosi da batutuwan falsafa, ya kasance yana yawaita amfani da riwayoyi tare da zurfafa bincike kan sanadin riwayoyi.[26] Darasinsa ya kasance tattare bayani da taƙaice shi daga ra'ayoyi da maginai na ilimi na majalisan darasussukan Agha Diya'u Iraƙi, Muhammad Husaini Garawi Na'ini da Muhammad Husaini Garawi Isfahani da kuma ra'ayoyi na kankin kansa.[27]
Rubuce-rubuce Da Rahotannin Darasi
Sayyid Abul Ƙasim Khuyi, ya yi rubuce-rubuce cikin batutuwa na fiƙihu, usulul fiƙhi, rijal, aƙida da ilimin Kur'ani. Rubuce-rubucensa an tattara su cikin littafi mai mujallaci 50 ɗauke da taken "Mausu'atul Imam Khuyi".[28] An samar da kwafin digital (Kwafin sigar lantarki) na wannan littafi ta hannun cibiyar Markaze Tahƙiƙate Kwanfiyutari Ulume Islami Nur.[29]

Ra'ayoyi Da Nazariyyoyi Na Ilimi
Sayyid Abul Ƙasim Khuyi, ya kasance tare da ra'ayoyi da nazariyyoyi masu muhimmancin gaske a fiƙihu da usul fiƙhi, wasu lokuta ra'ayoyinsa suna saɓawa da nazariyyoyin manyan malaman fiƙihu na Shi'a. A wani rahoto an bayyana cewa fatawowinsa 300 sun saɓa da shahararrun fatawowin malaman fiƙihu na Shi'a.[37] Ba'arinsu sun kasance kamar haka:
- Rashin yarda da wajabtawa kafirai sauke ayyuka reshe na addini (Furu'ud-dini): Khuyi kamar dai Yusuf Bahrani ya saɓawa baki ɗayan malamai da suke kasance kan ra'ayin cewa kafirai ƙari kan wajabta musu asalan addini an wajabta rassan addini a kansu,[38] Yana kan ra'ayin cewa kafirai har zuwa lokacin da ba su muslunta ba, ba a wajabta musu ayyukan addini ba.[39]
- Rashin yarda da nazariyya sassabawar farkon watan hijira a wasu wurare da yankuna:, A ra'ayin Khuyi saɓanin ra'ayin masshur, farkon watan hijira duk ɗaya ne a dukkanin faɗin duniya, ba zai taɓa bambantuwa a wani yanki da wani yanki ba. Saboda ma'auni cikin farawar watan hijira ƙamari, kan asasin ra'ayoyin Khuyi fitowar wata daga duhu (Mahaƙ) wani lamari ne na halitta wanda yake da nasaba da yadda rana take tsayuwa. Wata da ƙasa suna da alaƙa da juna ba wai suna dogara da sassa da yankunan daban-daban na ƙasa ba.[40]
- Rashin yarda da nazariyyar shuhura ta fatawa da ijma'i: Sayyid Abul Ƙasim Khuyi cikin batun shuhura ta fatawa yana da tasa fahimtar da ta saɓa da baki ɗayan fahimtar masshur na malaman Shi'a. A imanin aksarin malaman usul na Shi'a, idan wata fatawa ta samu shahara cikin malaman fiƙihu, to ingantacciyar riwaya da ta saɓawa wannan fatawa za ta zama ba ta da ƙima, Khuyi bai yarda da wannan magana ba, kuma bai ma ambaci shuhura ta fatawa ba cikin rinjyarwa na babin cin karo a cikin usulul fiƙhi ba, ya yi amanna cewa shuhura amali ba ta iya gyara raunin da yake tattare da raunannan sanadin hadisi; kamar dai yadda rashin muhimmantar da wani ingantaccen hadisi da malaman fiƙihu suka yi ba zai iya faɗar da hujjar hadisin ba.[41] Ya kuma sanya alamar tambaya kan hujjar ijma'i; babu bambanci shin ijma'i manƙul ko muhassal, amma tare da haka Khuyi ya yi ihtiyaɗi cikin fatawowinsa ta yanda ya yi amfani da ijma'i.[42]
- Fatawowi da suka saɓa da masshur: halascin fitar mace daga gida ba tare da izinin mijinta ba, halascin zubar da ciki idan akwai tsammanin za ta iya mutuwa, halascin aure ga musulmi namiji tare da mace Ahlul-Kitabi, rashin sharaɗin hallarar Imami Ma'asumi cikin jihadi ibtida'i, rashin sharaɗin ijtihadi ga alƙali, haka kuma hukunci da tsarkin fata da aka shigo da ita daga ƙasashen waɗanda ba Musulmi ba, waanda ake da shakku kan ingancin yanka su yankan shari'a.[43]
Matakai Na Siyasa
Dangane da alaƙa tare da hukumomi a cikin Iran, Sayyid Abul Ƙasim Khuyi, tun kafin marja'iyyarsa, ya fitar da jawabai da bayanai cikin Allah-wadai da matakan da Sarki Muhammad Rida Pahlawi yake ɗauka, cikin wata daura fiye da shekaru goma, Khuyi ya yanke shawara ɗaukar matakin yin shiru kan harkokin siyasa, bayan nan a lokacin nasarar juyin juya halin Muslunci A Iran 21 Janairu 1978m, ya shelamta goyan bayansa. Game da gwamnatin Iraƙi nan ma Sayyid Khuyi ya goyi bayan yunƙurin Intifada Sha'abaniyya Iraƙ ta ƴanshi'a a Iraƙi, gwamnatin Iraƙi ta tsare shi a gida.[44] Ba'arin matakai na siyasa da zamatankewa da Sayyid Khuyi ya ɗauka sun kasance kamar haka:
Matsaya Kan Hukumar Pahlawi
Khuyi a Satumba 1963m cikin saƙon telegram da ya aikewa Sarki Muhammad Rida Pahlawi, ya bayyana adawarsa da dokokin ƙungiyoyin jihohi da larduna, ya kuma bayyana cewa dokoki ne da suka yi hannun riga da shari'ar Muslunci.[45] Haka kuma cikin wani saƙo zuwa ga Sayyid Muhammad Bahbahani, ya jaddada cewa "Ƙoƙarin hana mutane magana ta hanyar amfani da ƙarfi, babu inda zai je haka shi ma kamfen na yaudara ba zai warware matsala, durƙushewar tattalin arziƙi da kuma rashin jin daɗin al'umma ba za su samu magani ba".[46] Haka kuma cikin martani da ya yi kan waƙi'ar Faiziyya a farkon shekarar 1963m, ya aike da saƙon telegram ya kuma bayyana baƙin ciki da takaicinsa daga "Koma bayan ƙasar musulmi da gurɓatar manufofin shugabanni".[47] Bayan wata ɗaya cikin amsar da ya bayar ga wasiƙar malaman ƙasar Iran, Khuyi ya sanar da rashin cancantuwar shugabannin Iran da shugabanci; ya bayyana cewa a irin wannan lokacin aikin da yake kan malaman addini aiki ne mai nauyi kuma bai da ce su kame bakunansu kan wannan zalunci ba.[48] Ya kuma kira gwamnatin lokaci a matsayin gwamnatin zalunci bayan aikata kisan kiyashi a ranar 5 Yuni 1963m, tare da fitar da fatawar haramcin shiga zaɓe na ƴanmajalisa daura ta 21, bayyana goyan baya ga Imam Khomaini a lokacin da aka kama shi da kuma yaɗuwar jita-jitar hukunta Imam ɗin, suna daga cikin martanoni na siyasa na sa.[49]
Korar Almajiran Khuyi Daga Iraƙi Daga Hukumar Jam'iyyar Ba'as
Lokacin korar Iraniyawa daga Iraƙi, a ƙarshe-ƙarshen shekarar 1961m, Khuyi yana daga cikin adadin malaman Shi'a da ba a kore su ba. Amma tare da haka yawancin ɗalibansa sun janyo raguwar kwarjinin darasinsa sakamakon barin Iraƙ.[50] Da yawa-yawan ɗalibansa tare da halartar Hauza Ilmiyya Ƙum, sun yaɗa tunanunnuka na fiƙihu na malaminsu, hauzar Ƙum kafin zuwansu wancan lokaci ta yi matuƙar tasirantuwa da tsarin ilimi na Ayatullahi Ha'iri Yazdi da Burujerdi, bayan zuwan waɗannan ɗalibai na Khuyi ne ta fara fahimtar salon fiƙihu da usul na Khuyi, Mirza Na'ini, Muhaƙƙiƙ Isfahani da Agha Diya'u Iraƙi.[51]
Daurar Kame Baki Fiye Da Shekaru Goma
Khuyi bayan karɓar ragamar marja'iyya, ya janye jikinsa daga siyasa.[52] Wannan daura ta zo lokaci ɗaya da shekarun zaman Imam Khomaini a Najaf.[53] Kame bakin Khuyi kan abubuwan da suka dinga faruwa daidai lokacin yunƙurin juyin juya halin Muslunci a Iran a shekarar 1978m, ya haifar da motsin nuna rashin amincewa a Iran.[54] Ziyarar Faraha Diba matar sarki Muhammad Rida Pahlawi ofishin marja'iyyar Khuyi a ranar 19 Nuwanba 1978m, ya motsa wannan nuna rashin amincewa, Sayyid Khuyi cikin wani rubutu da ya yi yana magana da ba'arin malamai, ya bayyana cewa wannan ganawa ta zo ne ba zato babu tsammani.[55]
Ganawar Farha Diba Tare da Khuyi

Faraha Diba, matar Muhammad Rida Pahlawi, sarkin Iran, a ranar 19 Nuwanba 1978m, wanda ya zo lokaci ɗaya da Idul Ghadir, ta je ganawa tare da Abul Ƙasim Khuyi.[56] Wannan ganawa ta faru ne daidai lokacin da yunƙurin juyin juya halin a Iran yake kan tashensa, kuma a lokacin an kori Sayyid Ruhullah Musawi Khomaini daga Iraƙi.[56] Ganawar Faraha Diba tare da Khuyi, ya janyo ana sukansa a wuraren taron gwagwarmaya a Iran a wancan lokaci.[57] Da wannan ne a cikin wani rubutu da ya yi yana magana da Sayyid Sadiƙ Ruhani, cikin jaddada kasancewa wannan ganawa ta zo ne ba zato ba tsammani ya ambaci cewa cikin ita wannan ganawa da ya yi da ita ya bayyana mata rashin jin daɗinsa kan abubuwa marasa daɗin ji da suka faru a Iran.[58] Husaini Fardosti, daga makusantan Muhammad Rida Pahlawi, game da wannan ganawa yana cewa: Ayatullahi Khuyi tun farko bai bada amsa ga buƙatar neman ganawa da shi da Faraha Pahlawi ta aike masa ba, ganin haka sai Faraha ta sanya hijabi na Muslunci kai tsaye ta tafi gidan Sayyid Khuyi.[59]
Haka kuma Sayyid Sahib Khuyi, ɗan Ayatullahi Khuyi shekarar 1402 hijira ƙamari, ya fitar da wata wasiƙa da ake jinginawa mahaifinsa cikin sashe daga wannan wasiƙa an ƙaryata batun kyautar zobe da ake cewa Sayyid Abul Ƙasim Khuyi ya yi ga Faraha Pahlawi. Tarihin da yake rubuce cikin wasiƙar shi ne 14 Jimadas Sani 1402 hijira, daidai da 9 Afrilu 1982m.[60]
Goyan Bayan Juyin juya halin Muslunci A Iran
Khuyi bayan ganawarsa da Faraha Pahlawi, cikin lokacin da ɗauki ba daɗi ya tsananta tsakanin al'ummar Iran da gwamnatin Pahlawi, ya kasance tare da yunƙurin juyin juya halin Muslunci na Iran, bayan nan kuma a wurare daban-daban ya ba da kariya ga jamhuriyar Muslunci da Iran. Kafin samun nasarar juyin juya hali, cikin wani jawabi da ya yi zuwa ga maraji'ai da malaman al'ummar Iran, ya buƙaci mutane cikin jarumta su ba da kariya ga shari'ar Muslunci.[61] Khuyi bayan wannan a lokacin batun ƙuri'ar jin ra'ayin al'umma cikin ayyana tsarin gwamnatin Muslunci, ya kira mutane su kaɗa ƙuri'a ga tsarin gwamnatin Muslunci, ya kira almajiransa su shiga su ba da ta su gudummawar cikin al'amuran juyin juya hali da kuma lokacin yaƙin Iran da Iraƙi, duk da matsanancin matsin lamba da yake fuskanta daga gwamnatin Saddam Husaini na tilasta masa goyan bayan Iraƙi, amma tare da haka ya fitar da fatawar amfani da haƙƙoƙin shari'a cikin samar da kayayyaƙin buƙata na yaƙi ga mayaƙan Iran.[62]
Kama Khuyi A Lokacin Intifada Sha'abaniyya

Abul Ƙasim Khuyi ya samar da kwamitin mutum 9 domin shugabantar yankunan da ƴanshi'a suka ƙwato, faɗuwar intifada Sha'abaniyya Iraƙ ya jawo hukumar Iraƙi ta tsare Khuyi a gida tare da fuskantar matsanancin matsin lamba.[63] Sayyid Abul Ƙasim Khuyi sakamakon nuna goyan baya da ya yi kai tsaye ga yunƙurin kifar da hukuma ƙarƙashin yunƙurin Intifada Sha'abaniyya Iraƙ a shekarar 1991m, da kuma ayyana kwamitin shugabanci, gwamnatin Saddam Husaini ta kama shi an aike da shi Bagdad, bayan kwanaki biyu daga kama shi, an kai shi wurin Saddam Husaini ba da yardarsa sannan Saddam ya gaya masa kalmomi na cin mutunci da wulaƙanci.[64]
Hidimar Addini Da Al'umma
Khuyi a lokacin marja'iyyarsa ya yi amfani da kuɗaɗe da suke hannunsa cikin gina laburare, makarantu, husainiyyoyi, gidajen kwanan ɗalibai, cibiyoyin kula da lafiya, asibitoci, ciboyoyin jin ƙai da gidajen marayu, a ƙasashen daban-daban daga jumla Iran, Iraƙi, Malesiya, Ingila, Amurka da Indiya, babban ginin Mu'assasatul Khairiyya Imam Khuyi ya kasance a Landan.[65] Ba'arin daga cibiyoyin Muslunci da suka kasance ƙarƙashin kulawar Mu'assasatul Khairiyya Khuyi sune:
- Markazul Imamil Khuyi a Landan, Madratul Imamis Sadiƙ (A.S) ta maza, Madrasatuz Zahra (S) ta mata, babban ɗakin taro, laburare, shagunan sayar da litattafai, yara ɗalibai 800 ne suka karatu a waɗannan makarantu guda biyu. A wannan cibiya a kowa ne wata a buga mujallar "Nur" cikin harsuna guda biyu Larabci da Ingilishi.[66]
- Markazul Islami Imam Khuyi (NewYork): Wannan cibiya tana da babban ɗakin taro da zai iya ɗaukar mutane 3000, laburare da yake ɗauke da litattafai fiye da dubu goma, wurin renon yara, makarantar maza da mata, ko wace guda tana iya ɗaukar ɗalibai yara 150, Madsatul Iman da ake koyarwa da harshen Larabci da Kur'ani da tarbiyyar Muslunci, haka nan an samar da wurin wankan gawa da kuma….[67]
- Mu'assatul Khairiyya Imam Khuyi (Montreal): An samar da wannan cibiya a shekarar 1989m, da manufar yin hidimar addini, al'ada da zamantakewa ta shi'anci a ƙasashen da ba na musulmi.
- Babban gini na raya al'adu na Imam Khuyi Mumbai Indiya: Wannan gini yana da girman murabba'in mita 1000 yana da babban ɗakin taro, masallaci da yake ɗaukar mutanen dubu uku, laburare ɗauke da litattafai dubu hamsin da kuma husainiyya da take ɗaukar mutum 700, makarantar addini tare da ɗalibai yara dubu ɗaya, makarantar firamare da ƙaramar sakandire mai ɗalibai 1200 da kuma shagon magani da cibiyar lafiya.[68]
