Gusala
- Wannan wani rubutu ne mai bayyanawa game da Mafhumin fiƙihu ba zai iya zama ma'auni na ayyukan addini ba. Koma zuwa wasu tushe don ayyukan addini.
Gusala, (arabic: الغسالة) shi ne ruwan da yake fitowa daga jikin najasa yayin wanketa, Malaman fiƙihu sun ambaci hukunce-hukunce kan Gusala a cikin litattafan fiƙihu a babin ɗahara, a ra’ayin Malaman fiƙihu Gusalar ruwa mai yawa misalin ruwan Kur ko ruwan Sama wannan Gusalar tsarkakakkiya ce, amma dangane da Gusalar ruwa mara yawa akwai sa ɓanin ra’ayoyin Malamai cikinta, aksarin Malamai sun tafi kan cewa Gusalar ruwa mara yawa najasa ce.
Gabatarwa
Gusala a fiƙihu, shi ne ruwan da yake fitowa daga jikin najasa a yayin tsarkaketa kamar misalin tufafi mai najasa a lokacin da ake wanke shi. [1] Malaman fiƙihun Shi’a cikin bayanin hukunce-hukuncen ɗahara a cikin Risalolinsu na Ibada da Mu’amala sun yi bayani dangane da Gusala. [2]
Hukunce-hukuncen Fiƙihu
A mahangar bakiɗayan Malaman fiƙihun Shi’a, Gusalar ruwa mai yawa tsarkakakkiya ce, abin da aka samu sa ɓani a cikinsa shi ne Gusalar ruwa mara yawa, wasu ba’arin ra’ayoyi sun kasance cikin bayanin da zai zo a ƙasa:
- najasat: kasancewarta Najasa, wasu ba’ari misalin Allama Hill, suna ganin Gusalar ruwa mara yawa a matsayin najasa kuma sun tafi cewa idan har abun bai tsarkaku ba to duk ruwan da ya fito daga jikinsa najasa ne, [3] kuma wannan ra’ayin da aksarin Malamai suke kansa. [4]
- ɗahara: tsarkakuwar Gusala, Muhaƙƙiƙ Karaki ya danganta wannan mahanga zuwa ga Sayyid Murtada, Ibn Idris da Shaik ɗusi, ya kuma ƙara da cewa galibin Malaman fiƙihu da suka gabata suna kan wannan ra’ayi, [5]marubucin Jawahir shima yana ganin ganin wannan ra’ayi matsayin ƙarfafaffen ra’ayi. [6]
Faifaice bayani: wasu ba’arin Malaman fiƙihu misalin Sayyid Khazim Yazdi, suna ganin ruwan da aka wanke ainun najasat da shi shima a matsayin shima ya zama najasa, amma dangane da ruwan da ba a wanke ainun najasat da shi ba (misalin ruwan da aka wanke tufafi mai najasa) sun bada fatawa kan a nesance shi bisa Ihtiyaɗi. Hukunce-hukunce Da Suke Da Alaka
Gusalar da ta fito daga ruwan da aka yi amfani da shi domin Istinja, ma’ana wanke mahalin fitsari da kashi, ana mata hukunce da tsarkaka amma tare da sharaɗin cewa ba ruwan bai jirkita ya sauya ba kuma bai cuɗanya da najasar wani fitsari da kashi na daban ba banda wanda ake wankewa. [8] Idan kala, wari ko ɗanɗanon ruwa ya canja Gusalarsa tana zama najasa. [9] Wasu ba’arin Malaman fiƙihun Shi’a sun ce tare da ƙaddara tsarkakar Gusala baya halasta a yi alawala da ita. [10] Haka kuma dangane da cewa shin za a iya amfani da Gusala cikin wanke wata najasar daban ko ba zai yiwu ayi ba, akwai sa ɓanin Malamai. [11]
