Fatawar Ƙazi Shuraihu
Fatawar Shuraihul ƙadi fatawa ce ta kashe Imamu Husaini wacca aka jinginata ga Shuraihu ɗan Haris Alkindi Alkufin, ya yi wannan fatawa ne da kisan gillar da akayiwa imamu Husaini a karbala, kuma a cikin fatawar ne ya halitta kisan imamu Husaini, amincin Allah ya tabbata a gare,amma wannan fatawa ba anbaceta ba a cikin litattafai irin na da,amma wasu masu bincike suna ganin wannan fatawa ƙirƙiratta akayi bata da asali.
Matsayin da muhimmacin wannan fatawa
Bisa abin da mai bincike nan ɗan Shi'a Alƙali Aɗɗabaɗaba'i ya tafi akai cewan malaman da suke wa'azi kan abin da ya shafi imamu Husaini suna ganin wannan fatawa ta Shuraihul ƙadi ita ce sharar fage na faruwar abin da yafaru a ranar Ashura kuma suna yawan anbatan wannan fatawa a zaman makoki na imamu Husaini tsara da aminci su tabbata a gare shi,[1 haƙiƙa Shuraihul ɗan Haris Alkindi wanda akafi sani da Shuraihul ƙadi ya zama alƙali a Kufa tin daga lokacin kalifanci Umar ɗan Kaɗɗab har zuwa shekara ta 78 hajirar fiyayyan halitta annabi Muhammadu tsira da amicin Allah su tabbata a gareshi da iyalan gidan shi.

Dangane da abin da Muhammad Sihati al-Sardrudi, mai bincike kan mas'alar Ashura ya ambata, an ruwaito fatawar Shurayh da ‘yan bambance-bambance a wasu kafofin na karni na sha hudu bayan hijira, kamar “Jawahir al-Kalam fi Sawaanih al-Ayyam” na Hasan. Ashraf al-Wa'izin, da wasu mabubbugar karni na goma sha biyar bayan hijira kamar tafsirin “Alfin” [3]. Wasu kafofin na karni na sha hudu ne suka watsa wannan fatawa, kamar "Takirat al-Shuhada"[4], "Ya'yan fitilu," da "Zabura na Waliyai,"[5] kamar yadda Abd al-Nabi al- ya ruwaito. Iraƙi al-Najafi (ya rasu a shekara ta 1344 bayan hijira).[6]
Waɗanda basu yardaba da wannan fatawa
Kamar yadda Muhammad Sihati Al-Sardurudi ya ambata, Al-Allamah Al-Hilli bai ambaci komai ba game da wannan fatawa a cikin littafin Alfin, kuma abin da mai fassara ya ambata a cikin sashin sharhi kan littafin ba a ambata a cikin tsoffin madogara ba. [7] Al-Sardurudi ya yi ishara da madogara guda 31 da ba su ambaci wannan fatawa ba.[8]. Har ila yau, mai shari'a ɗabaɗaba'i ya yi imanin cewa tushen wannan fatawa ba abin dogaro ba ne[9]. ƙirƙira, tun daga wannan nadi, da ɗaukan wannan fatawa, ba ta dace da tsarin Al-Mukhtar ba, wajen ramuwar gayya ga waɗanda suka taka rawa a waki'ar Karbala.[10]
