Danne Fushi

Kame fushi (Larabci: كظم الغيظ), yana daga cikin kyawawan dabi'u, ma'ana nisantar fushi, Alkur'ani mai girma ya yi la'akari da shi a matsayin ɗaya daga cikin sifofi masu kyautatawa, kuma ruwayoyi sun yi nuni kan illolinshi da yawa, kamar samun yardar Allah da tsira daga azaba kuma malaman aklaƙ sunyi bincike kan wannan sifa ta kame fushi kar ƙashin abubuwa marassa kyau da fushi ya haifarwa, kuma sun ambaci hanyoyin da za'abi domin magance fushi. Haƙiƙa imamu Musa Alkazum ɗan Ja'afar amincin Allah ya tabbata a garesu, ya siffantu da wannan ɗabi'a ta kame fushi a tarihin shi, saboda hakanema wannan siffa tazamo daga cikin sanannan laƙabinshi.

Abin da wannan siffa take nufi

kalimatu Gaiz tana nufin Fushi mafi tsananin fushi, kuma shi ne zafin da ke faruwa a cikin ran mutum idan jininshi ya tafasa [abin nufi idan ranshi yaɓaci] [1]Alkazmu yana nufin danne fushi da zuciya a lokacin fushi, kuma danne fushi kalma ce ta ɗabi'a ko halaiya, wacce take nufin kame fushi da kamewa daga nuna shi ta hanyar magana ko aiki [2] ana amfani da kalmar Al'kazim kan wanda yasaba ko yake danne fushin shi [3].

Ma'anar danne fushi, yana kusa da ma'anar haƙuri, kuma daga nan masana ilimin akalaƙ suka ce, dangane da bambanci tsakanin danne fushi da haƙuri, danne zuciya [kan wasu abubuwa da suke ɓatawa mutum rai] ga mutuman da yake da haƙuri,to shi ake ƙira da Hilm, amma danne zuciya ga mutuman da bashi da haƙuri,kawai yana ƙoƙarin danne fushin shi,to shi ake da Kazmul Gaiz [danne ko kame fushi] [4]

Alƙur'ani ya faɗa mana cewa, kame fushi yana daga cikin siffofin masu kyautatawa, yayin da yake cewa, ﴿وَالْكَاظِمِينَ الْغَيْظَ وَالْعَافِينَ عَنِ النَّاسِ وَاللهُ يُحِبُّ الْمُحْسِنِينَ﴾ ma'ana da masu danne fushinsu da masu yiwa mutane afwa, Allah yana son masu kyautatawa,[5] kuma ruwayoyi daga imamai waɗanda basa saɓo amincin Allah ya tabbata a garesu sun zo suna ƙarfafa siffantuwar mumini da wannan sifa,[6] kamar yadda Kulaini ya kawo wata ruwaya a cikin littafinshi Alkafi a babi na Kame fushi, [7] kuma imamu Sajjad ya yi nuni kan kame ko danne ko shanye fushi a cikin addu'arshi ta Makarimul akalaƙ a cikin Sahifa Assajjadiyya, [8] kuma ruwayoyi da yawa sun zo kan tasirin kame fushi, daga cikin akwai buwaya da ɗaukaka da kuma tsira daga azaba da samin yardar Allah, Annabi tsira ya tabbata a gareshi da iyalan gidan shi, ya ce duk wanda ya kame fushi shi, to Allah ba zai mashi azabarshi.[9]

Hanyoyin magance matsalar fushi

Malamai masana halayyar ɗan adam,sun ambaci fushi a ƙarƙashin halayya marar kyau,[10] sun faɗi hanyoyin da za'a shawo kan fushi ko maganceshi; [11]

Ga hanyoyi na ilimi;

  • Yin tinani kan ruwayoyin da suke umarni kan danne fushi da yin haƙuri da afwa da kuma ladan da mutum zai samu idan ya aikata hakan.
  • Tinani kan ƙudirar Allah da fushinsa
  • Mutum ya yi tinani kan munin kamaninsa idan ya yi fushi kuma ya tina kamanin wani a lokacin da ya yi fushi.
  • Mutum ya yi magana da kanshi kan sakamakon ƙarshi na yin ƙiyayya da ɗaukar fansa.

Ga hanyoyin a aikace domin shawo kan fushi

  • Faɗar neman tsari,[yin istigfari]
  • Canja yanayin da mutum yake ciki, misali ya zauna idan a tsaye yake ko kuma ya kishingiɗa idan a zaune yake.
  • Ya yi alwali domin kuntar da fushi. Ya zo a cikin wasu ruwayoyi cewa;shi fushi daga wuta yake, babu abin da yake kashi wuta sai ruwa.[12]
  • Mutum idan ya yi fushi,to yaɗora kumatunshi kan ƙasa.

An rawaito daga Manzon Allah tsira da amincin Allah su tabbata a gareshi da iyalan gidansi cewa; ku sani shi fushi ƙarwashe ne a cikin zuciyar ɗan adam, shin baku luraba da ƙarwashaan da yake cikin idanshi da kunburar jijiyuyinshi ba? Duk wanda yasami kashi a cikin irin wannan hali [wato idan mutum ya yi fushi.] to ya ɗora kuncinshi kan ƙasa, sai Warama ɗan Abi Faris ya ce abin da ake nufi da ɗora kunci kan ƙasa, shi ne yin sujjada,domin mutum ya ji ƙasƙanci, da hakane sai ya iya shawo kan fushishi.[14]

Kame fushin imamu Musa ɗan Ja'afar

Haƙiƙa imamu Musa ɗan Ja'afar amincin Allah ya tabbata a gareshi da mahaifinshi ya shahara da laƙabin Kazim [mai danne ko kame fushi], saboda ya kasance yana kyautatawa wanda ya musgunamashi, kuma hakan ita ce al'adarshi koda yaushe,15] haƙiƙa akwai ƙissosi daban-daban a cikin litattafai na tarihi kan danne fushishi kan maƙiyanshi da kuma waɗanda suka musgunamasa,[16] ga abin da aka rawaito kan haka;

Wani mutum jikan Umar ɗan Kaɗɗabi ya kasance yana musgunawa imamu Musa ɗan Ja'afar aminci ya tabbata a gareshi,ta hanyar zagin kakanshi imamu Ali A S,to sai sahabban imamu Musa ɗan Ja'afar suka so su ɗauki fansa a kanshi ta hanyar yimasa kisagilla,sai imamu Musa A S ya hanasu aikata hakan, bayan wani lokacin sai imamu Musa A S ya tafi gurinshi, sai yasameshi a gunarshi, yana ganin imam sai ya yi sauri yace, kada kata shukata! Sai imam yaci gaba da tafiya har yaje gurinshi, sai yace mishi cikin tattausar murya da tausayi,nawa kakashe kan wannan shuka? Sai mutuman yace Dinare ɗari, sai imam ya tambayeshi, kuma nawa kake fatan kasamu? Sai mutuman yace, ni bansan Gaibu ba, sai imam yace, ni kawai nace maka ne, nawa kake tinanin zaka samu? Sai mutuman yace, ina fatan nasami Dinare ɗari biyu, to sai imam ya bashi dinare ɗari uku,ya ce mishi wannan naka ne, kuma shukarma takace, sai imam ya tafi zuwa masallaci, lokacin da imam ya shiga cikin masallaci, kawai sai ga wannan mutuman a ciki a zaune, sai wannan mutuman ya tashi daga gurinshi, sai ya karanta wannan ayar;  :﴿اللهُ أَعْلَمُ حَيْثُ يَجْعَلُ رِ‌سَالَتَهُ﴾.[١٧][١٨] ma'ana; Allah shi ne mafi sani inda ya kamata ya bada sakƙo.[17] [18]
