Muharramai, (Larabci: المحرمية) su ne wadanda aure ya haramta a tsakaninku sakamakon kasancewarsu daga Danginka sun haramtu gare ka, sannan kan fahimtar Malaman fikihu babu wajabcin Hijabi tsakaninka da su, Muharramai da hukunce-hukuncensu ya zo Alkur’ani, sannan Nasaba, Aure, Shayarwa, suna daga sabubban Haramtuwa kan asasinsu ne haramtuwa ta kasu zuwa: Muharraman Nasaba, Muharraman Sababi, Muharraman Shayarwa.
Mahaifiya, Kaka, `Yar’uwa, `Ya, Jika, `Yar `yar’uwa , `yar `Dan’uwa, `Yar’uwar Mahaifi, da `Yar’uwar Mahaifiya duka suna cikin Muharraman Namiji, cikin Kishiyantar, Mahaifi, Kaka, `Da, `Dan’uwa, `Dan `yar’uwa, `dan `dan’uwa , Baffa, Kawu, suna daga cikin Muharraman Nasaba ga Mace, haka kuma Matarka da Mahaifiyar Matarka da Kakar Mata, `Yar Mata ma’ana Agola, Matar `Da, (Sirika) suna daga Muharraman Nasaba Namiji, sannan a wani gefan kuma, Miji, Mahaifin Miji, Kakan Miji, `Dan Miji, Mijin Mahaifiya suna daga cikin Muharraman Sababi ga Mace. A bisa Fatawar Malaman Fikihu dukkanin Matan da sakamakon Nasaba aure ya haramtu da su to hakama aure da su sakamakon Shan nono tare yana haramta, Matar da ta shayar da yaro nono da Mahaifiyarsa da Kakarsa da `Yar’uwarsa, `Yarsa, Jikarsa, Gwaggonsa da `yayan Matar da ta shayar da shi Nono ana kirga su cikin Muharramansa na Shan nono, haka zalika Uba na gidan da ta sha nono (mijin Matar da shayar da ita nono) Kaka, `Da, `dan’uwa, Kawu, Jikoki mijin wannan Mata duka suna Haramta ga wacce ta sha nono daga matar wannan mutumi, ma’ana aure bai halasta tsakaninsu ba.
Sanin Mafhumi
Muharramai sune wadanda sakamakon sababi na Dangi bai halasta su yi aure da juna ba [1] bayani kan Muharramai da Hukunce-hukunce kansu ya zo a cikin aya ta 23 cikin Suratul Nisa’i wannan aya ta kebantu da Ambato adadin Muharramai da kuma bayanin Haramcin aure tsakaninsu, [2] haka kuma cikin aya 31 suratul Nur nan ma an kawo wasu ba’ari daga Muharramai, [3] cikin Masadir din riwaya na Shi’a kamar misalin littafin Wasa’ilul Ash-Shi’a akwai sashe da ya kebantu da taken (Abwabu An-Nikahil Al-Muharram) babuka ne da suka kunshi riwayoyi daga Ma’asumai (A.S) da suke bayanin hukunce-hukuncen Aure ko kallo zuwa ga Muharramai, [4] sannan anyi bahasi kan Mas’alar Muharramai da hukunce-hukuncensu cikin babukan Fikihu, daga hukunce-hukuncen Saki, da hukunce-hukuncen Matattu. [5]
Hukunce-hukunce
Da zarar Haramcin Aure ya samu ya kuma tabbatu zai zama kallo da bayyanar da Ado ya halasta tsakaninsu, [6] a ra’ayin Malaman Fikhu kallon al’aurar juna baya halasta sai tsakanin Mata da Miji su kadai, sannan hatta tsakanin Muharramai kallon juna yana halasta ne da sharadin rashin samuwar jin sha’awar juna [7] haka kuma ba wajibi bane ga Mace ta lullube baki dayan jikin a gaban Muharraminta in banda wani kebantacce bangare daga jikinta. [8]
Sabubban Haramci
Sabubban Haramci, wasu al’amura ne da suke haifar da samuwar dangantaka ta Haramci tsakanin Mutane biyu, bayan samuwar Haramci akwai kebantattun hukunce-hukunce da suke da su [9] litattafan fikihu sun yi bayanin wurare goma sha daya matsayin sabubban Haramci da haramtuwar aure tsakanin mutane biyu [10] wadannan sabubba sun kasance cikin kaso uku daga haramci na Sababi, Haramci na Nasaba, haramci na shan nono. [11]
- Nasaba: wata nau’in dangantaka da alaka ce ta Dangi da take samuwa ta hanyar ingantaccen aure ko shubuwa [Tsokaci 1] saboda haka Muharramai na Nasaba sune wadanda daga lokacin Haihuwa ake fara samun haramci tsakanin junansu. [12]
- Shan nono, wani nu’i ne na dangantaka da yake samuwa sakamakon Yaro ya sha nono daga wata Mata wacce ba Mahaifiyarsa ba, [13] na’am haramci na daga shan nono yana da sharudda daga jumlar sharuddansa dole matar da ta shayar da shi nono ya zamana ta samu ciki daga halastacciyar hanya, kuma ya zama ya sha nono da yawa jere da juna, kuma zamanin da take shayar da shi bai ci abinci a tsakani ba kuma bai sha nonon wata Matar daban ba, kada ya sha nonon fiye da shekaru biyu lissafin hijira kamari. [14]
- Sababi: bayan karanta Sigar aure, kari kan samuwar Haramci tsakanin Mata da Miji, to wasu ba’ari ma daga dangin junansu suna zama Muharramai, ana kiransu da sunan Muharramai na Sababi. [15]
Rabe-raben Muharramai

- Gwaggo, ya hada da Gwaggon Mahaifi da Mahaifiya. [23]
- Yar uwar Mahaifiya da Mahaifi. [24]
Haka kuma Uba da Kaka, `Da da `dan da ya Haifa, `dan’uwa, da `dan yar’uwa, `dan da `dan’uwa ya Haifa, Kawu da kwaun Uba da na Uwa, duka suna haramta ga Mace. [25]
Muharramai na Shan nono

[27] cikin haramci shan nono idan wanda ya sha nono ya kasance daga jinsin Namiji to Matar da ta shayar da shi nonon da babarta da Kakarta da `yar’uwarta, da `yarta da Jikarta da `yar’uwar Mahaifiyarta da Mahaifinta duk sun Haramta ga wannan Yaro da ta shayar [28] idan wanda ta shayar da shi Nonon ya kasance Yarinya ce Mace to mijin Matar da shayar da ita da Babansa da `dan’uwansa, Baffansa, Kawunsa, `dansa, Jikokinsa duk sun Haramta ga wannan Yarinya, haka zalika `dan’uwa, `da, Jika, Uba, Kaka, Kawun yarinyar suma sun haramta ga wannan Mata da shayar da yarinyar Nono. Muharramai na Sababi
Matan da suka zama Muharramai ta hanyar aure sune kamar haka: Mata, Mahaifiyar Mata da Kakarta, diyar Mata (Agola) Matar Mahaifi,(Kishiyar Mahaifiya) Matar `da (Sirika) [30] Haka kuma Miji, Mahaifin Miji, Kakan Miji, `dan Miji, Mijin Mahaifiya da Siriki suna haramta kan Mace [31] haka zalika aure baya halasta tsakaninka da `yar’uwar Matarka matukar kuna tare da ita ko kuma tana raye baku rabu ba, [32] amma kuma hukuncin kiyaye Hijabi tsakaninka da `yar’uwar Matarka yana nan [33]
