Istimna'i (Larabci: الاستمناء) ko gamsar da kai, wata al'ada ce ta gamsar da kai ta hanyar wasa da al'aurar da fitar da maniyyi, malaman fiƙihu sun bada fatawa kan haramcin istimna'i kuma yana cikin manya-manyan zunubai, hukuncin shari'a kan aikata wannan al'ada idan ta kai ga fitar da maniyyi shi ne ta'aziri kan wanda aka samu da ita wanda ayyana miƙdarin ladabtarwar yana hannun Hakimul Shar'i. Aikata istimna'i ya na janyo wasu hukunce-hukunce daga cikinsu akwai yin wankan janaba, domin yin ibada misalin sallah, karya azumi suna daga jumlarsu.

Sanin Ma'ana

Istimna'i ko gamsar da kai ko kuma ta hanyar wani, wani aiki ne da yake faruwa sakamakon motsin sha'awa da ake wasa da al'aura har ta kai ga fitar da maniyyi [1] a fiƙihu ana amfani da kalmar istimna'i a kan maza a a kan mata kuma ana amfani da kalmar istish'ha [2] an yi maganar istimna'i a cikin babukan azumi [3] Itikafi, [4] aikin hajji, [5] da Hudud. Haramcin Istimna'i

Hukunce-hukuncen Fiƙihu

  • Karya azumi: istimna'i yana karya azumi kuma waji a bada kaffara kan aikata hakan cikin azumi, bisa fatawar malaman fiƙihun Shi'a, karya azumi ta hanyar aikin haramun yana sabbaba bada kaffaratul jam'i (`yantar da bawa, azumin wata biyu, ciyar da talawa guda sittin).[16] tare da haka wasu maraji'an taƙalidi sun tafi kan cewa zai bada kaffarar jam'u ne bisa ihtiyaɗi istihbabi ba wujubi ba. Hukuncin Aikata Istimna'i
