Alwalar Irtimasi
- Wannan wani rubute ne da aka yi shi mai bayyanawa game da mafhumi na fiqihu kuma ba zai iya zama ma'auni na ayyukan addini ba. a Koma zuwa wasu tushe don ayyukan addini.
Alwalar Irtimasi (arabic: الوضوء الارتماسي) daya daga cikin hanyoyin yin Alwala ne bayan an daura niyya [1] za a fara da tsoma fuska a ruwa [2] sai kuma hannuwa duka da niyyar Alwala, haka kuma ya halasta Mai Alwala ya fara shigar da fuskarsa a ruwa daga baya sai ya kulla niyya shigarwa amma ba zai fito da ita sai bayan kulla niyya, [3] a cikin Alwalar Irtimasi bayan an fito da fuska da hannuwa daga cikin ruwa sai ayi shafar kai[4]
Irtimasi Isdilahi ne na fikihu da yake dauke da ma’anar nutsar da kai ko wani sassan jiki cikin ruwa [5] kiyaye jerantawa a Alwalar Irtimasi bai da banbanci da na Alwala wacce ba ta Irtimasi ba, ana farwa da fuska sai a tsallaka hannun dama sai kuma na hagu 1. Cikin Alwalar Irtimasi ana farawa nitsar da saman fuska saman goshi zuwa kasan fuska, haka hannuwa ma ana fara da saman hannu zuwa geffan yatsu [6] a fatwar Imam Komaini a Alwalar Irtimasi sau biyu kadai zaka nutsar da fuska da hannuwa cikin ruwa, na farko wajibi na biyu halas, baya halasta ayi fiye da sau biyu [7] wanke wasu ba’arin gabbai ta hanyar Irtimasi tareda kiyaye jerantawa ya halasta. [8] Wasu Malaman Fikihu sun ce amfani da sauran danshin ruwan wanke hannu don shafar kai sharadi ne wanda rashin kiyaye shi na bawa Alwalar Irtimasi.
- Imam Komaini ya tafi kan cewa da ruwan Alwalar ne za a shafi kai a iya yanayin kulla niyya lokacin da aka shigar da hannuwa a ruwa bayan nan sai a kuduri niyya sannan a jawo su waje.[9]
- Sayyid Abu Kasim Kuyi da Mirza Jawad Tabrizi daga Masana fikihun Shi’a sun tafi kan cewa ba zai yiwu a wanke hannun hagu ta hanyar Irtimasi ba.[10]
- Sayyid Sistani daga Maraji’an Taklidi ya tafi kan cewa shafa da danshin hannu bai da wata matsala, sai dai cewa hakan ya sabawa aiki da Ihtiyadi.[11]
