Kwalliyar Ƴa Mace
Kwalliya a gurin ƴa mace (Larabci:زينة المرأة) tana nufin yiwa fuskarta kwalliya da kayan kwalliya, ko kuma ita kwalliya tana nufin kawar da duk wani abu a fuska da kuma yin anfani da kayan kwalliya da duk wani abu da zai ƙarawa fuska kyau. kuma akwai hukunce-hukunce fiƙihu kan yin kwalliya, kwalliya abu ne da yake halas a kankin kan shi, kamar yadda yake wajibi mace ta yi wa mujinta kwalliya idan ya buƙaci hakan, kuma ita kwalliya mustahabbi ce idan miji bai buƙata ba, kwalliya ta haramta a lokacin da mace ta yi harami na aikin hajji ko Ummara, kazalika kwalliya haramun ce yayin da mace take yin takaba bayan mutuwar mijinta.
Malaman Shi'a sun yi fatawa cewa wajibi ne mace ta ɓoye kwalliyarta ga mutumin da ba mijinta ba, kuma ya halsta mace ta karɓi kuɗin yin kwalliya gurin mijinta, idan ya zamo kwalliyar halas ce, kamar yiwa mijinta kwalliya, kuma ba dole bane mace ta lulluɓe fuskarta a lokacin da take sallah idan waɗanda ba muharraminta ba zai gani ba, sabo da kayan kwalliyar da ta sa, wasu malaman kuma sun yi fatawa cewa mustahabbi ne mace ta sa zinare ko azurfa ko kayan kwalliya a lokacin da zata yi sallah, kazalika mustahabbi ne ta yi ƙunshi.
Abin da Kwalliya Take Nufi Da Matsayinta
Kwalliya a gurin ƴan mace, tana nufin yiwa fuskarta kwalli da kayan kwalliya, ko kuma ita kwalliya tana nufin kawar da duk wani abu daga fuska da kuma yin anfani da kayan kwalliya da duk wani abu da zai ƙarawa fuska kyau. ko kuma gyara gashi ko yin kitso da yanke farce.[1] Ya zo a litatafan fiƙihu cewa yin kwalliya ɗaya ne daga cikin ado.[2] kamar yadda ya zo a cikin litatafan Lugga cewa abin da ake nufi da kwalliya shi ne duk wani ado da kwalliya.[3] Haƙiƙa riwayoyi sun zo kan kwaɗaitar da mata kan yin kwalliya,[4] misali ya zo a wata ruwaya daga Imam Baƙir (A.S) ya ce, bai kamata mace tabar yin ƙunshi koda ta hanyar yin anfani da Lalle kaɗan ne.[5] Amma wata ruwayar ya zo cewa; daga cikin mafificin matayanku, akwai wacce take yin kwalliya da nunawa ga mijinta tana kuma ɓoye kwalliyarta ga wanda ba mijinta ba.[6]
Yin kwalliya ga mace Ya zo a cikin babi da yawa a cikin litattafan fiƙihu, kamar a babin aure.[7] da babin sallah.[8] aikin hajji, da sallah,[9] da kuma babin na haramcin yin ma'amala da abin da yake haramun, kamar mata da take ɓoye naƙasun mace domin samin miji. [Tsokaci 1][10]
Sunayan kwalliya wanda Ya Zo A Ruwaya
Akwai abubuwa na kwalliya da suka zo a cikin liatatafan fiƙihu na Shi'a waɗanda ake ganin su a matsayin kwalliya, kamar su; sanya kwalli, tira gira.[11] yin anfani da gashi na ƙari.[12] da wani nau'i nazane a jiki.[13] da kuma rina kaya.[14] anfani da tirare.[15] da duk abin zai ƙarawa afuska kyau.[16] amma akwai saɓani a tsikanin malamai kan wasu daga cikin abubuwan da aka anbata kamar irin su ƙarin ga shi.[17] da rina kaya.[18]
Mai littafin Aljawahir wanda ya rayu a ƙarni na sha uku ya ce; siffanta wani abu da kwalliya ko rashin hakan abu ne wanda yake da alaƙa da al'ada, ya buga misali da rina kaya wanda a lokacin su ba'a la'akarin shi a matsayin kwalliya.[19] Amma mai littafin Al'urwa ya tafi kan cewa; ita kwalliya abu ne da yasha ban-ban daga guri zuwa guri, daga mutum zuwa mutum daga lokaci zuwa lokaci, saɓanin haka la'akari da cewa wannann kwalliya ce ko a a yana da alaƙa da al'adar mutane.[20] Amma bisa fatawar Sayyid Ali khamna'i ya ce ita kwalliya, kamar sanya wani abu da ake kira Tut a gira abu ne da yake da alaƙa da al'adar mutane..[21]
Hukuncin Kwalliya A Fiƙihu
Malaman fiƙihun Shi'a sun ce ita kwalliya halalce kan-kanta, sun kafa hujja da aya 32 ta cikin suratul A'araf kwalliya ga mace wani lokaci tana zama wajibi ko mustahabbi a wani lokacin kuma ta zama haramun.[22] Amma kwalliya ta wajibi: Malaman fiƙihu na Shi'a sun yi fatawa kan wajabcin kwalliya ga mace sabo da mijinta idan ya buƙaci hakan,[23] dalilin haka shi ne wajabcin bin miji da wajabcin sauke haƙƙin shi.[24]
Kwalliya Ta Wajibi
Malamai sun ce kwalliya a gurin mace mustahabbi ce ko da mijinta bai buƙaci hakan ba.[25] kazalika mustahabbi ne mace ta yi kwalliya a lokacin da take Iddar da za ta iya komawa gidan minta.[26] hikimar yin kwalliya ga mace mai idda bisa wasu ruwayoyi shi ne jan hankalin minta domin ya maida ita.[27]
Kwalliyar Da Ta Haramta
Malaman Shi'a sun yi fatawar haramcin yin kwalliya ga mace wanda ta yi harami domin aikin hajji ko ummara.[28] kazalika kwalliya haramun ce ga mace mai idda wadda mijinta ya rasu.[29] malamai na fikihu kamar shaik Saduƙ wanda ya rasu a farkon ƙarni na biyar da mai littafin Jawahir wanda ya rasu a ƙarni na sha uku sun haramta yin kwalliya da kayan kwalliya domin jan hankali maza da ba muharramansu ba,[30] kazalika kuma sun haramata Tadlisi wato ɓoye aibun mace ta hanyar kwalliya ga mutuman da Ya zo neman aure domin yaudarar shi, wannann fatawa ce mashahuriyya a gun malaman Shi'a.[31]
Kwalliya Kaɗan
Malam Nasir Makarim Shirazi. ɗaya daga cikin maraji'an taƙlidi ya yi fatawar halascin anfani da kayan kwalliya a fuska da hannu idan kayan ba su da yawa kuma ba zata kai ga haifar da matsala ba.[32] amma Sayyid Ali khamna'i shi kuma ya yi fatawar wajabcin ɓoye kwalliya koda kaɗance kowa ga mutanan da suke ba Muharramai ga mace mai kwalliya, idan a al'ada ana ganin wannann a matsayin kwalliya.نة،[33] amma shi kuma malama Ja'afar subhani ya yi fatawar wajabcin ɓoye duk wani abu da ake ganin shi a matsayin kwalliya.[34]
Shima malama Sadiƙ ruhani ba ya ganin halascin yin kwalliya koda kaɗan idan har zata ja hankali mutumin da ba Muharamun mace ba.[35] Sayyid Ali [36] Assayyid Khuyi da malam Mirza Jawad. Attabrizi sun tafi kan wajabcin rufe kwalliya ga mace ga waɗanda ba muharramanta ba koda kwalliyar kaɗance. [37]
Wasu Hukunce-hukunce Da Suke Da Alaƙa Da Kwalliya
Wasu hukunce-hukunce da suke da alaƙa da kwalliya gasu kamar haka: Neman kuɗi ta hanyar kayan kwalliya. Ya halasta karbar lada domin yiwa mace kwalliya, amma ga abin da yake halal ne, kamar yiwa mace kwalliya sabo da mijinta.[38] bisa fatawar Sayyid Ali Alkhamna'i bai halatta ba yiwa mace kwalliya idan ya zama da niyar taimaka mata domin ta aikata haramun ne, misali domin ta yi kwalliya ta nunawa wasu mutane waɗanda ba muharramanta ba. Kazalika ya yi fatawar rashin halarcin miƙar da gashi, kamar yadda wasu ƙungiyoyi na ɓata suke yi, kuma ya haramta karɓar lada domin yiwa mutum irin wannann kwalliyar.[39]
Yin Alwala Da Sallah Yayin da Mace Ta yi Kwalliya
Maraji'an taƙlidi sun yi fatawa cewa wajibi ne kawar da duk wani kayan kwalliya wanda yake hana ruwa ratsa fata a lokacin yin alwala,[40] amma kayan kwalliyar da zai zamo kawai kalace kawai ba sa hana ruwa ratsa fata,[41] ko kuma wanda yake ƙarƙashin fata, kuma baya hana yin alwala, to ya inganta a yi alwala da shi.[42] Ba sharaɗi bane mace ta rufe fuskarta a lokacin da take sallah, amma da sharaɗin babu wanda yake ganinta, wannann duk sabo da kayan kwalliyar da tasa ne.[43] hakanan ba sharaɗi bane ta rufe sarƙarta ko gashi na ƙari,[44] idan babu mutumin da ba muharraminta ba wanda zai gani, kai ya halasta ne mace ta sanya sarƙa ko ta yi sallah da kunshi.[45]
Nuna kwalliya ga wasu mutane
A wannann aya[46]وَلاَ يُبْدِينَ زِينَتَهُنَّ إِلاَّ لِبُعُولَتِهِنَّ...﴾ wadda aka fi sani da ayar nuna kwalliya,[47] aya ce da take nuni bisa haramcin nuna kwalliya ga mazan da suke ba muharraman mace ba, bisa fatawar malaman fiƙihu na Shi'a da dogaro bisa wannann ayar ta nuna kwalliya, wajibi ne kan mace ta ɓoye kwalliyarta ga mazan da ba muharramanta ba ne.[48] kuma ya zo a cikin litattafan fiƙihu cewa, nuna kwalliya ga mazan da ba muharraman mace ba, to ya zama nuna tsiraice.[49]
Kuma ruwayoyi sun yi tir da macen da take nuna kwalliyarta ga mazan da ba muharramanta ba ne,[50] a wata ruwaya a littafin Tahzibul Ahkam cewa daga cikin sharaɗi na karbar shaidar mace, dole ta zamo mai suturce jikinta da kame kai da rashin nuna tsiraice a guraran da mata da maza suke haɗuwa.[51]
