Azuhur Ta Shari'a

Azuhur ta shari'a (arabic: الزوال) ko zawali, lokacin da mikakken ita ce ko wani abu da yake tsaye inuwarsa take kwanciya da shimfiɗuwa a ƙasa domin ayyana lokacin sallar Azuhur, wannan inuwa tana isa mafi gajertarsa a yini, Azuhur ta shari'a shi ne lokacin fara sallar Azuhur. Kan asasin fatawar Malaman Fiƙihu yayin da inuwa ta shimfiɗu a ƙasa da surar Amudi, shi ne lokacin da inuwar Amudin za ta isa zuwa da mafi gajertar miƙdari, ana kiransa zawalin rana ko Azuhur ta shari'a. Wasu Ba'arin Hukunce-hukunce Da Suke Da Alaƙa Da Azuhur Ta Shari'a

Lokacin sallar azahar kamar yadda ya zo a babukan lokutan sallah,[3] da azumin matafiyi da aka yi bahasi kansu cikin litattafan fikihu, ba'arin daga cikin wadannan hukunce-hukunce sun kasance kamar haka:

  • Azuhur ta Shari'a tana caccanjawa kan asasin yanayin yankuna da kwanakin shekara. [4]
  • Fatawar Malaman fiƙihu shi ne da zarar shiga Azuhur to lokacin sallar Azuhur ya fara. [5]
  • kan ra'ayin Malaman fiƙihu idan Mai Azumi ya yi tafiya kafin shigar Azuhur ta shari'a Azuminsa ya ƙarye. [6]
  • idan Matafiyi ya isa ƙasarsa kafin Azuhur ko wani gari da yake da niyyar zama a garin zuwa kwanaki goma, idan ya zama bai yi wani abu da yake karya Azumi ba kafin ya isa wurin dole wannan rana ya ɗauki Azumi, idan kuma ya yi wani abu da yake ƙarya Azuminsa a wannan, to Azumin wannan rana ba wajibi bane a kansa. [7]
