Neman Yafiya
Neman yafiya (Larabci: الاستحلال) yana nufin neman afuwa daga gurin mutane saboda haƙƙinsu da yake kan mutumin da yake neman afuwar daga garesu,shi wannan neman afwa ya ƙunshi haƙƙi na kuɗi kamar, (Abin da mutum ya kwata ko ya tauye mudu) da wani haƙƙi da ba kuɗi ba, kamar Gulma, riwayoyin muslunci sun ƙarfafa saurin neman afuwar waɗanda suke da haƙƙi kan ka, wanda haƙƙin yake kanshi idan bai nemi afwa ba a duniya, to Allah ranar gobe alƙiyama zai ɗibi ayyukanshi masu kyau ya bawa wanda yake da haƙƙi kanshi, idan kuma ba shi da aiki mai kyau, to za a ɗibi ayyuka marasa kyau na wanda yake haƙƙi kanshi sai ƙaramishi. Shi neman afwa a wani lokacin wajibi ne ko lokacin kuma haramun ne.
Ma'ana
Neman afwa ya samo asali ne daga Albur'i, wanda haka yake nufin zalar abu ba tare da gauraye ba.[1] Neman afuwa yana nufin yafiya kan abin da ake bi ko abin da mutum ya yi, ana neman yafiya ne yayin da wani yake da haƙƙi na kuɗi ko wani abun daban kan wani mutum,[2] kuma babu batun neman afwa sai yayin da haƙƙi wani ya tabbata kan wani mtum daban,[3] shi neman afuwa a cikin Kur'ani yana nufin `yantuwa daga duk wani dabaibaye da haƙƙi na wani mutum a kan wani daban.[4]
Tasirin Neman Yafiya
Neman yafiya ko rashinsa yana da tasiri da sakamako a rayuwa,[5] akwai riwayoyi da yawa da suka ƙarfafa cewa a gaggauta neman afuwa da yafiya, saboda wanda haƙƙin yake kanshi idan bai nemi afuwa ba a duniya, to Allah ranar gobe alƙiyama za a ɗibi ayyukanshi masu kyau a bawa wanda yake da haƙƙi kanshi, idan kuma ba shi da aiki mai kyau, to za a ɗibi ayyuka marasa kyau na wanda yake da haƙƙi kanshi sai a ƙarami shi.[6]
Hukuncin Neman Afuwa A Shari'a
Neman yafiya ya ƙunshi abin da ya shafi kuɗi da abin da yake ba kuɗi ba, haƙƙi na kuɗi kamar kwacewa mutum kuɗinshi ko dukiya ko tauye mudu (Ko sayar da wani abu ƙasa da kuɗin da ya kamata a sayar da shi), abubuwa daba na kuɗi ba akwai yin gulma da mutum.[7]
Nau'i na farko: Neman afwa kan abin da ya shafi kuɗi wajibi ne,[8] amma nau'i na biyu, wato gulma malamai sun rabu gida biyu akwai waɗanda suke ganin wajibi ne, a daidai lokacin da wasu suke ganin ya halatta,[9] A yanayin da neman yafiya na iya sabbaba wata matsala,[10] Wasu kuma suna ganin a irin wannan yanayi makaruhi ne,[11] wasu kuma suna ganin haramun ne.[12]
Ladubba Da Sharuɗɗan Neman Yafiya
Sharuɗɗan neman yafiya a cikin ƙur'ani sun haɗa da niyya mai kyau da Iklasi da haƙuri har sai ya sami yardar Allah, da barin neman da barin nemawa kai uzuri tare kuma da yin nadama a cikin zuciya da neman afuwa a lokacin da ya dace.[13] Shi neman yafiya bai taƙaita da wani guri ko wani lokacin na masamma ba, amma ana ƙarfafa neman yafiya a yayin yin wasu ibadu kamar lokacin aikin hajji. a dai-dai lokacin da wasu suke tinanin wajibi ne a yanayi irin na aikin hajji ko kafin yin tafiya zuwa ziyara ta addini kaɗai, to amma al'amarin ba haka bane.[14]
